This combination of nail color and gel-like topcoat is fantastic. I spent the weekend doing cleaning and projects getting a house ready for a party and my nails look fantastic, not a chip no fading and I used Brillo pads. I used all sorts of cleaning detergents and my nails look fantastic. So if you’re looking for something that doesn’t ruin your nails because it’s just like nail polish, but is really robust. I highly recommend this combination-product of color with gel-like topcoat!

I can’t recommend essie Gel Couture Nail Polish highly enough! This polish stands out for its remarkable ability to last over a week without chipping, truly delivering on its promises. I’ve had an outstanding experience, with my longest wear time reaching 13 days before any wear and tear showed. The quality is exceptional, offering incredible value. Most shades provide full coverage with just a single coat, resulting in a finish that is smooth and free of clumps. Although the Dopamine Rush color didn’t suit my skin tone and was the only one to stain my nails green upon removal, the other gorgeous shades within the Essie Gel Couture line are simply irresistible and all boast impressive longevity. The only reason I gave this color a 4 star, instead of a 5-star, is because it stained my nails green.

Essie gel polish is the longest wearing polish I’ve ever purchased. I bought my first bottle by accident and was worried it was actually gel polish that you had to heat with a lamp. I bought this for pedicures as I get my nails done professionally. I’ve had this on my toes for 2 weeks and not a chip. I will have to redo them but only because of nail growth. On the bottle it says Step 1. Essie has a gel clear coat which is Step 2. I did purchase it but I think you could probably use clear coat of your choice. The polish is on the pricey side but the way it lasts and the beautiful color is worth it to me. I don’t think removal will be an issue. By far the best polish I’ve purchased!

Perfect Fall Color

Really nice colour. Goes on smoothly. But it says no base coat and my nails were green tinged after re.oval. I think a base coat is needed
