I have taken this product for 3 months and have had very good results from it. It gave me great energy support and helped me to gain weight. I started off taking 1 capsule a day in the morning but it made me gassy so I started taking it at night, then I switched to half a capsule. Finally I had to stop taking it because I am pretty sure I am allergic to this product. However, that is not the producers fault and even taking 1 capsule a day I saw great immune and energy support. The moral of the story is to do your research before you try this product!

Before taking any supplement, please notify your primary care physician about the product to ensure the health of the user. This is a good product that is easy to take. The recommended dosage is 4 capsules a day 30 minutes before a meal which I take 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch and 2 before dinner. I trust the ingredients because it is 3rd party tested and they have the GMP stamp to ensure consistency in the manufacture of the product. The product comes with 150 pills which is just over a months supply and that makes the cost very reasonable in my opinion. I get no after taste with the supplement.

So far, I can say these capsules are easy to take and I dont notice an aftertaste. There is a bit of a scent to them, but it isn't strong and doesn't bother me at all. I have heard that bee pollen can be good for multiple things, but I'm primarily interested in trying them as a more natural way to reduce seasonal allergy problems. I have heard that you're supposed to use local products for the best benefits, so I don't yet know if these will help or how much since I haven't been taking them long at all.I also have a family member that swears they feel more energetic after taking bee pollen, which would be great too, but only time will tell.... So far, I'm happy with them, but I'll try to update after further use.

Bottle itself has misprints and misspellings leading me to question the legitimacy of this product. There are enough red flags for me to not feel comfortable ingesting these. You are led to believe that they are manufactured and formulated in the USA, but they're not. They are formulated in the USA and manufactured in India. Very misleading. "Manufactured" is also spelled wrong on the bottle. If a company can't take enough care to do something as simple as proofread their listings and labels on their product, it's going to make me question how much care actually goes into the product itself. Don't recommend at all. There are way better quality supplements on the market.

This product is to be taken on an empty stomach and I've been doing that. It's not fair to the product to say I haven't had any benefits, because sometimes the benefits are hard to notice, and maybe it helped me not catch some virus or it helped make a mild sickness more tolerable. It may also help to desensitize one to environmental allergens, but again, consumers should research this on their own.
