Don't listen to the good reviews
I didn't expect a lot of $30, I was really just looking for something to track my workouts, steps, and heart rate. None of which work. I will start with workouts, I set it to strength training and instantly had issues. It kept freezing, then it shut off, I started it over and worked for about 10 minutes then the heart rate and calorie tracker both stopped working but the timer worked. The step counter will count steps and then suddenly go back to zero so all of your steps get erased. The heart monitor just turns on and off and it pleases. I wore it to sleep just to try the sleep tracker function and it didn't read that at all. Constantly freezes, constantly disconnects from Bluetooth and the battery life is garbage as well. Like I said I didn't expect much for $30 but basically I got a 30 stop watch.

good quality for the price
Seems to very accurately count my steps, lots of different features and the app seems to be good quality. It has a lot of customizable features but for some reason it lacks others that you'd want. For example, you can tell it you are beginning a workout (and long list of possible workouts in the app) and it keeps track of all sorts of data, however as soon as your workout is done the data seems to vanish... no way to go back and see, for example, how far you walked during a walk or how fast you walked, etc. Just remembers that you walked so many steps cumulatively for the week & month. I struggled with figuring out how to stop the watch from "ringing" when my phone did... ended up having to put it on "do not disturb" or disconnect the bluetooth which unfortunately disconnects all of the watch features from the app.

Does not work on tattooed skin
First of all it is a good watch, not too hard to set up and figure out. Has great functions and features. However, I am heavily tattooed and it did not register my skin for any readings unless I positioned it very specifically and uncomfortablely in a lighter area of color. This won't be the case for everyone, but something to consider. Apparently there is a work around, and you can put epoxy stickers on the sensor, and you'd just have to replace those every couple days. I think if you buy something expensive, it should work on its own. So, I'm not doing that. I bought the watch during a very good deal, otherwise I'd return it. But since I got a really low price, I'm giving it to my 13 yo instead. Like I said, it is a very good watch...just not for the tattoos.

Eh
I am a 33 year old female and this was a little difficult to get set up. I still couldn't get it out of kilometers and over to miles no matter how many times I set it to metric. Pedometer was wrong, heart rate was WAY off. Battery life, for what little it does, is acceptable. It's cheap but doesn't look it. I returned it. My husband gifted me a samsung 7 watch that does it all.

It SUCKS
If it were possible to rate a product as zero or lower I would. This is a total waste of your money. The instructions to match the watch to your phone tell you to access bluetooth on the watch to download the app, but there is nowhere on the phone where a bluetooth connection can be found. The instructions tell you to do something not possible. Utube instructions equally tell you to do things not possible with this watch. It is a total waste of money. Forget it can't be connected to your phone, it won't save heart rate, sleep patterns, exercise date....totally useless.
