i love these ! I add them to yogurt , smoothies, sometimes just eat a few , I like to put them in a bowl and poor milk over them, last night i used them to top off chia yogurt pudding! Delicious! High quality! Good flavor !

It is not sweet enough for my tastes so I have to add additional sweetener (sugar, honey). You do need to blend it well because it does tend to clump. Like many of these powders, pre-dissolving in room temperature liquid makes for less clumping, but it also attracts moisture from the air so storing in an air tight container should help. Slightly more work to use but beats having to buy fresh fruit and having them go bad on you.

Very tasty and a great value compared to buying the smaller bags at the grocery store. Perfect for adding more fruit pieces to cereal or for camping

I love fresh fruit, but I don't want to go to the store every 3 days and lack of permanent cooling solutions due to off grid lifestyle means compromises have to be made.This is one of those compromises that turned out to not be a compromise at all, but actually a ton more convenient.The one thing that's both a positive and a minus is the consistency of the flavor. Fresh strawberries vary in taste and sweetness. This strawberry powder has one taste. It's definitely the taste of strawberries, but due to the fact that it's hundreds if not thousands of strawberries dehydrated/freeze dried then blended into a powder, it tastes like every strawberry, and no strawberry, if that makes sense. That being said, it's delicious.Strawberry milk? Easy-peasy.Sprinkled on your wheaties instead of sugar? Delicious.Added to your vanilla ice cream? Yes, please!There are a ton of uses for this and the fact that it's shelf stable makes it so much more convenient. No more cutting/slicing strawberries, or opening the container to find mold growing on a strawberry so you have to toss all of them.Definitely a must-have if you like strawberries and are a vanlifer or living off grid.

I've attached a pic of about 1/4 cup of buttercream in a 4 oz ramekin that I tried to flavor with this strawberry powder. The bag says "one scoop of powder is equivalent to 10 whole fresh strawberries". If that's true, these organic strawberries they used must be the most watery, flavorless berries. There's more than a scoop in this 1/4 cup buttercream.... and there is ABSOLUTELY NO STRAWBERRY flavor! I don't understand why some are raving about the taste and how great it flavors other foods, except that maybe this bag is old or perhaps this batch wasn't made with berries harvested at their peak of flavor, etc. It's not a 'no' but a 'HARD NO' to me ever purchasing again. So disappointed that I've wasted this much money for this. Buy at your own risk, cuz some are getting what appears to be amazing product. It seems to be a game of Russian Roulette 🤔

Added the strawberry freeze-dried powder to my buttercream frosting along with a little LorAnn flavoring for my grandson’s birthday cake. It was delicious. Thought it was a good size package for the money. Though it was easy to just add to the frosting, I recommend sifting or straining when adding to something you want smooth. Smells delightful! Was a pretty pink in color when added to the frosting.

What I mean by "By itself a good product." is that I bought it to try and make my own soda but the powder does not mix well with water. It may be good to make icing or a smoothie but not soda. That is why I only gave it 3 stars. BTW it might be good to sprinkle on ice cream which I haven't tried yet. It does taste good though. I can recommend that by itself it is good but depends what you will be using it for.
