Perfect for martial arts and weightlifting!
Now I’m on my 3rd pair of these I feel I can give a unbiased opinion, so here goes!I am quite flat footed and suffer pain in my calf’s as a result. I powerlift and do Krav Maga on a regular basis and as you can probably guess, that makes the pain even worse. But these insoles have been a godsend to me!When quickly changing direction or slamming your weight through the shoe and insole you can feel the cushioning lock around your footbed, anchoring your feet lightly in the shoe and preventing internal movement which is exactly what I needed. In addition the cushioning when not under shock or pressure has just enough give in it to keep the discomfort at bay after a long day. In addition the pain in my calf’s has reduced dramatically. They are so good that after buying them for my gym shoes, I put them in my work shoes too! But remember everyone’s biology is slightly different and what works for me, may not work for you. However if you do the same sports as me, I have found them good enough to recommend.

Great for plantar fasciitis relief
The insoles fitted perfectly in my running shoes and didn’t need to cut to size. These insoles are heavier and take a little time to get used to. I have been wearingThese in my running shoes now for just under a week but have noticed a big difference with my plantar fasciitis. The pain has almost disappeared. These insoles also promise to eradicate injuries. I can honestly say I think they will as after completing a 10k race today my right knee hasn’t hurt as it normally does. If you are looking at purchasing sports insoles I would highly recommend these.

Very good but a little noisey
I really like the product as you can tell it's of very high quality. My only issue is the item squeaks a little in a few of my trainers. I believe the base of the insole should have some rubber or other textured surface to mitigate the sound. It may not squeak on other trainers so might be worth taking a chance on these. In terms of comfort, I'd give these 10/10. They really are comfortable and this part of the insole no one will be disappointed with.

Cured my running knee problem
I started running to try and keep fit and built up gradually to 5k using the couch to 5k NHS app. After a while I started to get terrible pains on the outside of my right knee. I went to a local sports shop and they suggested I tried these. They made my shoes so much more comfortable, reduced the impact on my knees and supported my arches. I am on my second pair now and although they are a bit pricey I can't recommend them.enough. I did read that they have developed an even better material but it doesn't seem to be generally available yet.

Alright but not up to the hype
Comfortable but after only a few wears a small patch of material has already worn off.

Absolutely delighted to finally run pain free
Bought these to go in my size 6.5 running shoes. Opted for size 7 insoles and they fit well. I have knee and foot problems and have been struggling to run pain free for some considerable time. The first couple of weeks I wore these every day in my shoes to work and for jogging and they took some getting used to but I plugged away. I now find that I can run short distances (up to about 4-5miles) pain free which I am so delighted about. I now own two pairs and move them between all my shoes.

Waste of money
I bought these insoles with high hopes but have found them severely lacking. The surface of the insole is quite slippy and despite trying different socks I find my feet move around inside the shoe.If you get chance to look at them in a shop you'll see what I mean about the surface being almost like a slick fabric with little texture to add grip.My other annoyance is the weight. They make my shoes feel quite heavy and believe they add about 100g per shoe which is very noticeable for me and makes it feel like I am plodding and not running.Have stopped using them because of the aforementioned shortcomings.Did not get any of the purported benefits.
