Great ingredient list. Less the better. This is low fodmap so dont expect a sugary candy bar. Its specific for low fodmap diets. Anybody that deals with a low FOD map diet would appreciate how great these are. It has a really good peanut butter flavor. A very good dark chocolate chip flavor. They are not as dry and chalky is some other bars out there. These are my favorite low FODMAP snack by far. A low FOD map died is so restricted and a few are diligent and stick to it. These will taste delicious. Please understand what you’re buying and what you’re buying it for if you’re looking for a protein bar with amazing flavor and texture it will not be lowfat friendly. I guarantee it , I need these bars to come back ASAP. I had auto delivery and they went out of stock.

Where did tese bars go?????? I am on my 3rd box of Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter- they are not overly sweet, nice chocolate chunks. .. best part, nice texture, not crumbly. Best part- my stomach likes them! - my stomach got very sensitive to FODMAPS and docs can't figure it out. I was a big fan of these bars but the last one I got in December 2025 had a completely different texture. Now they tasted like chalk and the chocolate chips were really hard and not very chocolatey at all. Not happy but Amazon gave me a refund. The company insists nothing changed but my taste buds definitely say different. Now I'm on the hunt for a new low FODMAP protein bar that is not chewy

I’m definitely not one for any kind of protein bars- I pretty much despise them. Having to be on this FODmap diet has been challenging to say the least. These bars have definitely helped. They are quite tasty, they don’t have that typical protein bar taste, and satisfies the sweet tooth. They are a bit powdery and the chocolate chips seem to melt as soon as you touch them, but overall I think this is great for anyone on this diet and is struggling.

I really like these bars. Pure peanut butter. Very smooth and nothing to aggravate my tummy. I usually eat one at lunch. Very good. Sometimes can’t always get. So now I order more to make sure to have them.

I was hopeful based on the reviews and ingredients that they couldn't taste that bad, but they do. As another reviewer said, they taste like artificial sweetener, which is weird because they don't seem to list that as an ingredient. The aftertaste lingers, the texture is gross. As someone who bought these because I struggle to eat and get calories, I'm pretty disappointed. I can't even finish a single bar. I wish I had bought a smaller box, because they're gross and I don't really know what to do with them now. Why does anyone say these are good??

I am sensitive to FODMAPS and tolerate these well. They taste delicious, are very filling and satisfying, have adequate protein, small ingredients list. I wish they were less calories but they probably wouldn't taste as good.

I’ll start by saying that I previously purchased a box of the dark chocolate peanut butter flavor, and it was great. However, I just purchased the variety pack box, and upon opening on one the peanut butter cinnamon flavor bars, I found it to be moldy. From this same box I’ve also opened a dark chocolate peanut butter banana chip bar, and that was good - no mold. Buyer beware!

I order and try a lot if different protein bars. Not sure this one will stay in my repertoire. They have the consistency of the peanut butter that’s inside a peanut butter cup, and are just a little too sweet for me….. and I have a huge sweet tooth.

I love the flavor and especially the texture of these bars. The texture is unusual, like eating halvah, and I absolutely love it. I have to hold myself back from eating too many. And they are so great for my very sensitive stomach.

The texture and taste is disgusting

The only protein bar I could digest without any stomach issues. I need you guys to replenish this item immediately. It's great.
