Roofrack is a great fit. Quiet, well made , light and very fairly priced. Received the package and my car needed bolts that were a bit longer so I contacted customer service and they took care of the problem right away. They were very friendly and on top of the issue. Nothing but good things to say about the service and product. Highly recommend.

Updated: The rails did not fit my vehicle as noted, but the seller made things right after I contacted them by sending me a prepaid label to return them. Original: The rails DO NOT fit a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport even though it noted it would. UPS wants $160 to ship this back!! This is ridiculous

The package showed up tattered, but all parts were accounted for. We have a 2019 Outlander Sport, and this rack does not fit that model. One of the metal brackets is bent versus straight making it impossible to fit without damaging/modifying the bracket.
