Like everyone else, I had my doubts about a product that is so much cheaper than the one it replaces. But I can tell you with 100% certainty that Miss Deer is the Real Deal! I have an HP DesignJet T120 24 inch printer that I use to print plans for my construction company. When you are printing 24" x 36" sheets of paper (25 to 30 pages at a time) loaded with text and images, the ink is just pouring out of your cartridges. Believe me when I tell you, I have actually noticed the amount of money I'm saving. As for the quality, there is absolutely zero difference. This is a high quality ink and my printer spits out pages and pages of detailed drawings with never an issue. The only thing you will notice when you first install a Miss Deer ink cartridge is that you printer will alert you that you have installed a non-HP ink cartridge. Then it will say "press OK to continue". All you do is press OK and you are on your way to saving money on your printing costs! There is no doubt in my mind that HP added that little line of code in their machines to scare us into continually buying their OVERPRICED INK!

The color of the ink is great and I can’t see any difference compared with HP original ink cartridge that comes with the printer. However, the edges/lines are not sharp enough compared with original hp inks, which still persists after cleaning printhead a couple of times. Printing with “best quality” seem to help a little bit but it’s much slower. Overall, I think it has great value and good enough for my daily usage. For serious tasks, I may still buy a set of HP inks to back me up.

I worked with an HP T120 plotter, and at first I only needed the Magenta, but the plotter did not accept the cartridge. I had to reset the settings with a hard reset OODB and reboot several times, but it still didn't recognize them. Then I did a print quality and alignment test, forcing the plotter to print, and that's how it recognized the cartridge. I have only used it twice in one day. I hope it works well in the next few days.

WOW! I mean Wow I can’t believe they are selling this. The black looks great but as you can see that’s the only primary color that they got correct. The yellow looks more like bronze than yellow. For people that don’t know the test pint in the picture is a print that only prints 100% of the primary colors. It shows each nozzle (the lines to the right of the color bar) so you know if the nozzle is clogged. As you can see this printhead is working perfectly. My printhead is now contaminated and will likely need to be replaced.

We bought a separate ink reservoir set (refillable) with a fill kit, and spent about an hour and a half trying different settings, purges, resets, to get it working and it never did. Then we bought this kit and it worked right away. It was also cheaper than the ink set with the refill kit was (although that one would have had a second refill). It did say that they were not 1st-party cartridges but that had no effect on the quality of the prints and I think it just makes it so that the fill level is not tracked automatically.

I have used 3 boxes (working on my 4th) of the ink and the print quality is just as good as the HP cartridges that came with the printer. I did have a minor issue with one cartridge (in my 4th box) that was quickly resolved by Sophia after I sent a message to the seller. She responded very quickly and provided a positive solution to my difficult problem. I wish there were more places that provided customer service like this. The only only complaint I have with the product itself (if I'm going to nitpick) is after the ink is sitting for a while (several days) you may need to run a print head cleaning or two to get back to normal print quality, this could also be the case with the HP ink but I haven't tested it for that long due to their ridiculous cost. I figure even with the little bit of ink I go through to do the occasional print head cleaning I am still way ahead cost wise compared to getting the HP branded ink. Thanks for providing an affordable alternative to HP!

I purchased two boxes of the replacement ink so I could have plenty available when it was needed. I replaced all 4 cartridges that came with my printer, three of the cartridges worked really well. The Magenta cartridge began to release color excessively on the first print, and the problem grew as I continued to print additional pages. Finally, I replaced the Magenta cartridge with one of from the second set I purchased and the problem was solved. Sadly, the return window was closed. You may want to only purchase a current supply of this product.

Not recognizable by our DesignJet T120. None of the colours or black worked.

Works as advertised. No problems thus far. Ordered two more kits.
