Second purchase from this company.
I purchased a 2 quart one previously, seasoned it well and I’ve been cooking perfect rice and other dishes without any issues. When I saw this which is bigger than the previous plus the versatility of the lid I went ahead and ordered it, both are a bit rough on the edges, nothing that a metal file or heavy duty sandpaper can’t fix. Just make sure you season it before cooking just like you would cast iron and it becomes nonstick, I wouldn’t put it in the dishwasher, hand wash only and you won’t have to season it every time you use but if properly done is super easy to wash. All around I’m happy with the quality and price.

Dual pot
This has a durable feel. It made searing easier, and I made stewed beef with chopped carrots, and it came out great. Having a dual type of pot makes the pot a keeper. The lid is like another apparatus that can extend or add to your cooking to cut down the amount of time you spend in the kitchen.

It's just ok. Mostly.
As the kids like to say, this pot is "mid". It's not bad and it's not great. Its just...meh.It seems to require ALOT of oil or similar to keep stuff from sticking. Its almost as though the butter (or whatever fat) is being absorbed by the pot itself.I don't love the aluminum material its made from either. Theres a ton of info about it being toxic though that seems to mostly be nonsense. That said, it does anodize with cooking and washing which is a little weird. There are better products. I'd suggest getting one of those.

Aluminum pot - not for oven or microwave
This is listed as a Dutch oven, however, the directions say you cannot put it in the oven or microwave. This is aluminum so very light weight! I used it to make a bean soup and it did a great job cooking on the stove. The whole pot does get very hot, including the handles so once you are cooking with it you will need potholders to pick to up or remove the lid. I have used it to saute onions and celery, boil the soup and then simmer for over an hour. It did all of that easily and was easy to clean up.It is surprisingly light weight, which would make this a good pot for someone who RV's. It would depend on if it would be useful enough for the type of cooking done. It does say you can use it on a campfire. It does say not for use on an induction stove or in the dishwasher. I love that you can also cook on the top, this is almost like two pans in one.I like it enough and I think it will find its way to the RV.Made in Columbia

Great aluminum cookware.
Lighter than cast iron, but just as functional. The amount of care to maintain it isn't as hard or difficult as cast iron and this can be washed and scrubbed with soapy water, so I see that as a huge plus. The lid being multifunctional as a pan is a pretty handy gimmick, but not necessarily one I think I'll use too often due to its smaller size. Conversely, the whole pot's size itself is perfect for smaller ovens like the mini Breville smart ovens and air fryers and fits just right in mind, including the handles. The only thing I feel that could have been better would be if the edges were a little less sharp. The edges feel coarse and unfinished, so wear some mittens or gloves while handling if necessary. Otherwise, it feels like great aluminum cookware.
