It has 5 different colors that each treat your skin different. Through the rapid vibration of the device and the crystallites millions of tiny pores are open that helps your skin. Always keep the device in a vertical position so the fluid from the cartridges do not leak. After using this device my face looks and feels so smooth and took my lil wrinkles away and the lil puffiness away. It also has cooling and heating which feels good against your face. The charging is fast and holds its charge good. This pen is alot better than the other ones I've tried before. Please read the whole instructions before you use this device, as it is different from other cheaper models.

The device itself works good. It’s durable and easy to hold. It doesn’t slip out of my hand when using the vibration mode. Wasn’t sure on what to put in the vials as it doesn’t specify, just says to use “essence”. After some additional research I found out that I can use my regular skin care products and the teeny tiny needles will help penetrate the skin so the product absorbs better. The needles themselves don’t hurt, just maybe a very slight sting in some sensitive areas but nothing extreme. My face does get a little red after using but it quickly fades and doesn’t cause any issues. The light therapy is an added bonus and something I’ve been experimenting with lately. The device has a cooling and heating mode and it’s easy to use and understand. The heating mode is good to open pores and cooling one is great to calm skin. The different vibration intensities are cool because you can switch up on different areas of the face that are more sensitive or that need stronger penetration. It comes with 3 vials to put product in and there is a place to order replacement vials on the l page that this device is listed on so that helps. I think the price is fair for what this device does.

After seeing the results my sister has received using her LED red light device, I knew that I wanted 1 for myself. I was thrilled to find the Facial Skin Care Product absorbs Derma Pen Device, LED Light Therapy face Massager. The Derma Pen showed results within the 1st month of continuous use. My skin care products last longer and appear to be providing more benefits. The device is easy to use. Since my products last longer, the device has basically paid for itself. I highly recommend this Derma Pen.(My star rating system: 4 stars met my expectations, 5 stars exceeded my expectations, 3 stars fell short of my expectations, 2 stars significantly fell short of my expectations, 1 star highly suggest not ordering)

This device is easy to use and helps my skincare products absorb better, especially with the vibration and LED light therapy. The five LED lights target different skin needs. I love the cooling and heating features; they feel great on my face and help with puffiness and closing pores. After using it, my skin feels smoother, and my wrinkles seem less noticeable. The battery life is good, and the charging is quick. I recommend reading the instructions carefully since this model is a bit different from others. I like that the replacement cartridges are available directly from them, rather than searching elsewhere. I think this is a good investment for better-looking skin. It is also a great gift idea for women and men!

This derma pen device functions as described and is pretty easy to figure out how to use, especially when following the instructions. It does a great job paired with face products and is great for different needs. It's made with pretty durable material and I'm not afraid of it breaking.My only wish was that the part going on the face was a little bigger to be able to save some time. Though the small size is great for precision, it does take a long time to use on a bigger area of your skin's surface (like forehead). Other than that, I think it's good value for your money~

I'll start by saying I am a huge fan of derma planing (a little closer than shaving with a razor) and derma rolling (using .5 mm needles to roll over my face to help get serum deeper) and LED light therapy with a full face mask. I invest a lot in serums that reduce fine lines and moisturize my face.Enter this LED Light Therapy face Massager. It enables me to load serum into a vile (washable and reusable) that gets inserted into the end of the wand and deep vibration feels like it is stimulating circulation. There its a small square with very teeny tiny needles that don't do too much for me as I use .5 mm size with derma rolling. I'm using this wand in coordination with the other facial products I use, including facial masks.The way this works is you put a small amount of serum into a vile, place the vile in the tool and then turn on the tool - selecting the color light and hot or cold that you want (red LED works best for me). I press this massager into my face and it really moves around my facial tissues. Since I've just started to add this to my facial routine, it's too early to say what the impact is - but I will stay my face feels very alive after using this wand and my serum does seem to get absorbed better. The teeny tiny needles, in addition to the heat and vibration, do seem to help deliver my serum deeper compared with just putting serum on my face with my fingertips.This LED Light Therapy face Massager comes ready to gift and it's something I can use almost daily - that is...on the days I am not derma planing +derma rolling (and sometimes PRP).I'm pretty critical of these beauty tools and so giving this LED Light Therapy face Massager 5 stars means it's well made and serves the purpose. There are not enough (clear) instructions with this pen. HOnestly, I've used it but I have no idea how long it takes to notice a difference, if I'll see one. Does it work physically? yes, the lights turn on and change color. Does it have the gadgets and gizmos to make it work? Yes. Do I know how to use them all based on the instructions? No.I am going to keep trying it because I don't think it could do damage, but I'm not actually sure it's doing anything at all.
