Best product for the gut
Yes, the container is small. I use 1/2 a scoop some days and 1 scoop on other days and as a maintenance product I find it be exceptional. Truly exceptional.

Good Product
Yes, this product is kind of expensive, hence the four star review; on the other hand, this product has worked well for me and has improved some minor digestive issues as well as improved energy levels. I cut down the dose after a couple of months of use and this product still worked well for me too. The taste is good. Not overpowering. However, it’s hard to dissolve the powder completely without using a mixing device.

Pricey
I think a product like this sees most benefit from taking for at LEAST 2-3 months, and with the price point of $85, it definitely could be worth finding a similar product for cheaper. However, the taste is great and gives a peace of mind knowing you’re doing good for you gut lol.

So far so good... I think
I'm a big fan of Body Health products and subscribe to their Multi-vitamin which is excellent. I've been battling candida issues for years so when I saw BH's gut protocol I decided to give it a try ordering Gut Restore, Gut Defense, and probiotics. I've only been on them for about a month and I know it's been mentioned that you have to take it for at least 3 months so this review may be premature. That said, while I've been on this my candida-related inflammations haven't gotten any worse. That's really the only thing I've noticed thus far. It won't speed the recovery of existing candida related outbreaks from my experience, but thus far I haven't had any new issues pop up. Again, this is likely premature because that could very well just be due to a change in diet and more water intake. Giving this 4 stars thought mainly due to cost. While I truly appreciate that Body Health has created a protocol that directly addresses gut issues like candida, it's incredibly expensive for a supplement. Especially since it takes long to see results and at this point in my journey could very well just be a placebo. Once I pass the 3 month mark though I'll known beyond a shadow of a doubt if this is worth it since my candid related outbreaks tend to happen every couple months. Will report back then!

Waste of money
This item did not meet my expectations. It was definitely a waste of money. Very disappointed in this item.

Stevia is a natural and from plants, not artificial.
My stomach seems to be in a better state since using this product. The price is way too high for such a small amount. Stevia is a natural sweetener derived from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant, which is native to South America. It is widely used as a sugar substitute because it contains little to no calories and is significantly sweeter than sugar. Here’s an overview: Key Components • Steviol Glycosides: These are the compounds responsible for stevia’s sweetness. The two primary glycosides, stevioside and rebaudioside A, are extracted and purified for use in food and beverages. • Sweetness: Stevia is estimated to be 200-400 times sweeter than sugar, depending on the extract concentration. Health Benefits 1. Low-Calorie Alternative: Ideal for those looking to reduce calorie intake or manage weight. 2. Blood Sugar Friendly: It has a negligible effect on blood glucose levels, making it a popular choice for people with diabetes. 3. Natural Origin: Unlike artificial sweeteners, stevia is plant-derived, appealing to those seeking natural options. Common Uses • Sweetening beverages like tea, coffee, and smoothies. • Baking and cooking, though adjustments may be needed due to its intense sweetness. • Flavoring in processed foods, such as yogurt, candies, and soft drinks. Potential Drawbacks • Taste: Some people find that stevia has a slightly bitter or licorice-like aftertaste. • Processing: While the plant itself is natural, some stevia products on the market are highly processed and mixed with other sweeteners or fillers. Forms of Stevia 1. Powdered or Granulated: Used as a direct sugar replacement. 2. Liquid Extract: Convenient for beverages or precise measurements. 3. Fresh or Dried Leaves: Less common but available for those who want the least processed option.

Check primary ingredients!
Primary ingredients are sweeteners: stevia and monk fruit. Horrible taste, like eating a cup full of stevia.

Good Product - Container “ almost empty “
The only reason I gave this product 3*** is because it hurts to pay $90 for an almost “empty container “ ( pic attached) Other than that- It’s a GREAT PRODUCT!! -
