It will take long to fully charge but it works
At the beginning it seemd not working but u have to really press and hold the botton and it will work

Worked great
This was a great product that was used primarily I. Our vehicle cup holder (perfect fit) one press would activate and fill the car with a wonderful incense fragrance that was not over powering!!!BUT it broke after only 3wks… the collar that locks the top in place became brittle and broke… so I returned for a replacement… I will keep you updated if we have the same issue with the new one!!!

Poorly designed
The coils are delicate and the cover doesn’t cover the coils well. I don’t see how you can burn anything on those.
