Really effective and easy swallow, too.

Thought I would try these to increase the collagen in my aching, old muscles. The collagen boost is working I think but time will tell. The only problem is that the capsules are rather large and not easy to swallow but they are easy to open to mix the contents with water.

I run and have started to have issues with my knee joints. I take a number of supplements but wanted to try these. Easy to swallow, no after taste. My knees seem to have improved slightly so will carry on with them. Good value for money.

an absolute most if you have older more mature skin as I do the difference this makes your skin is absolutely mind blowing and everybody has noticed as I don’t tend to wear make-up. This was the first time I've tried beef collagen, always had marine sources previously, but I was impressed right away.Nicely packaged with 120 standard sized capsules, this is two months supply so reasonable value for money. They're easy to swallow and tasteless so they do seem like a pretty good option.It's a little too early to report on any particular benefits, but i've definitely not noticed any adverse effects so I'm quite happy with the quality and happy to recommend.
