The gummies also taste good. Something I don't like about melatonin is that you can always taste it, but for these I rarely taste that flavour melatonin has.

These gummies are absolutely perfect are here’s why. They taste nice and fruity, have a small pill size and are easy to digest. They don’t linger in your mouth for long and within 30 minutes of taking it, it immediately puts me out. Mostly, because it’s 5 milligrams, so it’s your normal amount of melatonin anyway, so I wouldn’t recommend more than 1-2. Also, you have to want to sleep, like getting in bed and turning off the light for the effectiveness and the melatonin to kick in. One caveat, I do get tired by the middle of the day (or the afternoon slump.)
