Saved my ankle during crash!
Had these boots for about a month now. I was reluctant to buying them since many reviews said that they were not suitable for street riding. They were stiff in the ankle in the beginning, changing gears and breaking was difficult but with more use it becomes easier. Since I don’t ride that much, I’m still in the process of breaking them in. On a sport bike the gear shifter is small so it’s hard to put my foot under the lever, due to the bulk of the shoe at the toe. These are obviously dirt bike boots but I wanted something that would protect my leg if the bike was to fall on top of me. It’s understandable that they aren’t ideal for a sport bike, but it’s doable. Overall, I am satisfied with these boots! The other day, I was at an intersection and someone rear ended my bike, stopping the truck on my ankle by the time they realized they hit me. I couldn’t free my foot out from under the tire, but the rigidity of the boots protected me from all the weight of the vehicle. If I was in regular sneakers, my ankle would have been crushed! I am very thankful that I invested my money in these boots. Only damage to the boot was that the buckle popped off from the three screws that hold it in place, easy fix. Regardless of the incident, they are incredibly sturdy and I will continue to use these boots!

Armored boot great quality
Very solid and strong excellent boots great price , stiff and shifting takes getting used to but that’s how it is to get the armor and protection these offer

Solid beginner boot
Great entry level boot. Lacks higher end features like metal buckles, gore tex, or replacable soles. That being said they are still better than most entry boots. I'm a size 13 and they fit great. Also this boot is great for bigger legs and calves bc above the ankle is wider than others in the category. Support wise they are stiff, with a smidgen of flex at the ankles. I'd suggest walking around in them for a couple days before your first ride. This is an adv boot, so the sole is treaded, not slick like an mx boot, but stands up well to kickstarting. Overall, I am very happy. Would recommend.

Nice quality boot
Its a nice boot they are meant to be stiff i like the general feel of them the only problem i had with em is figuring out to shift the toe it big and hard to shift but thats a motocross boot for you im having trouble trying to find a moto boot with a slim toe box bc i just cant get the hang of it but the buckles are nicer than the other moto boots i got for my girl and these ones are way cheaper but it is just sturdy the whole boot is as comfortable as you can get i just have a skill issue

Inexpensive protection
It's inexpensive protection considering this is a boot that goes up higher than a ski boot. The snaps are convenient to get off when you are tired and sweating. They seem very durable and give me confidence if I wash out on a gravel road that the boots would protect me.The challenge is, they are also potentially dangerous. ON their maiden voyage yesterday, I really struggled to shift up and down. I found myself slowly shifting from 1>2 and it often went into N instead. I also missed shifts several times up. Down, not a problem but up is a big challenge. They are just SO SO stiff that you really struggle. Also because they are so stiff I cant place them on my rear brake and cruise along on a dual sport. The shape kinda forces them to apply constant slight pressure to the brakes. So not having my foot on the rear brake is dangerous. I tried several times to learn to quickly put them on the brakes but just kept toe bumping the brake first.I was hopeful that alot of walking around and riding would break them in. I didnt ride that much on them so far, maybe a couple of hours but I did walk around the house with them first the night before and I also took a decent walk down a path to see where it went so as to not get stuck on my bike going off into the abyss. At the end of the day, the left boot started cutting into my foot where the foot meets the leg at the arch. So not the ankle but what that area is called where the top of the foot meets your leg.I cant imagine wanting to use these honestly. I really would consider them defective for the boot cutting into the foot.I have no prior experience with MX boots fyi. So this experience may be normal but from my opinion it's unsafe, not comfortable at all, hard to use. So I'm going to break open the wallet a little further on boots and try another pair and send these back.

Highly recommend them great boot for the price
I heard a lot of criticism about these boots, but I was able to break them in in about eight hours where they're very usable.Actually watched a video where a guy recommended doing some movement with the boots before you can get in them, but I just believe you need to strap them on do some squats and go work around in the yard.Come back in and do some more squats..Bottom line, the more you stress the material with aggressive movement, the sooner they'll become very pliable and workable. And obviously yeah, gonna use the same techniques to soften them up.
