I’ve been trying different brands because ON Amino Energy brand keeps setting higher prices. This is the best alternative that I have found for taste and the price point is good. I have tried peach mango, watermelon, and grape. I have ordered all three multiple times.

Tastes great

This has become our new favorite Amino and Energy drink. It tastes great, mixes well and seems to have quality ingredients. We like the watermelon and the orange clementine flavors. The tropical pineapple flavor is pretty good too. Energized Amino mixes and dissolves well in a shaker or blender. I often add creatine and beet powder to mine and put it in a small blender. I use this before a weight workout or after a run. I have not experienced sleeplessness or jitters with the Energized Amino. I have experienced both with some pre-workout products. I am in my 60s and have become more sensitive to caffeine as I have gotten older.

My husband (77) says it really gives him more energy for his bike ride. Recommend.

Small portion. Not a great value.

Honestly its a bit weird. Its marketed as a post-workout recovery or anytime energy. It definitely seems more like a pre-workout (though a bit light on caffeine) with the BCAAs added. I'm not necessarily complaining. Its nice for a quick pick me up on off- days. But I'm not sure id want to take this after a workout that I used pre-workout for. Definitely would lead to too much caffein.
