I really enjoyed these vitamins, and after finishing my first bottle, I think these are the ones I will stick with. These are high quality ingredients, and I did a great deal of research before landing on this brand. I enjoy only having to take a single vitamin, versus taking multiple from other brands. One of the main considerations for myself was the inclusion of folate rather than folic acid. These are easy on my stomach, and I feel comfortable taking these long term.
