It is listed as machine washable but the blanket I received says dry clean only. Has a very strong oder as well.

I bought the plaid one, and it is the best of all throws. Warm and beautiful and very well made. I especially like the strong hem around the border. If they had another one in green I would buy that too. I like green.

Things I really liked:- As others have noted, the border stitching is surprisingly robust for a blanket at this price point- Currently the price of this blanket is around $26 after a 20% coupon, which makes it an especially awesome value- Nice light to mid weight. Not heavyweight, so don't expect to survive in the arctic with this blanket, but it's a good all-purpose blanket that is warmer than average for its weight- The camel color looks great- Folds and rolls down fairly compact for its sizeReality check:- I don't know how other reviewers have said this blanket is not itchy at all. It is itchy! That is NOT surprising since it is 50% wool. It may not be as itchy as a camel blanket, but do not expect this wool blanket to feel like chenille or something. It's a lil itchy, and if you're trying to sleep under it, it's helpful to have a sheet between you and it.- Like others I have not tried to machine wash it. The tag says dry clean, whereas the listing says machine washable, and I am hesitant to try given every other wool blanket I've ever used. Thus, I cannot report back on the machine washability claims.Things I'd like to see:- More colors (olive drab would be delightful, or forest green, and a red buffalo check or other plaid pattern)- Some proof of concept on machine washability, or at least consistency between listing and item tagThat said, at $26 this thing is GREAT for the price. And that makes it a five star purchase for me, since it far exceeds what I expected at this price point.

This is a good size blanket. Being 50% wool, it can provide good warmth. It is pretty thick and heavy. It rolls well also. However, this is dry clean only so that makes it not a daily use blanket. It is also slightly itchy, as expected, as it is made of natural material (wool / cotton).Overall, a good blanket but can be itchy and dry cleaning makes it expensive to maintain.

I like the size and weight of this blanket - it does a great job. I got one to keep in my car for travel and just in case I'd need a blanket for something, and am loving it. It's not scratchy, plenty warm, and a great deal overall!
