We tried the "L" size and had a sizing issue. My wife takes "L" Depends (chosen based on the centimetre sizes stated) and they fit snugly. So we chose "L", also based on the centimetre numbers, in this brand and they are way too big. The company helped us out greatly and now I have bought a box of these "M" size that fit her perfectly. So - a small word of warning - if you are in the lower area of the sizing, close to the bottom of the range, buy the next size down. A little too snug can be adjusted with little tears in the sides of the panty material... too big cannot be fixed. Now to the actual review: BRILLIANT. Depends had leaks about 5 in 10 uses. For comparison, Tena Maxi Night leaked 9 in 10 uses (day or night) These? Yet to have a single leak. They fit up snug and carry a GOOD load of liquid. Bonus! They also have a little blue tab on the back -- roll the thing into itself and "pull the blue cord". Then you sticky it back over the rolled up pants. Easy disposal. Also to note - the base floor of these... With Depends there was always a feel of dampness on the outside (of the underside of the not-wet pad, bottom of the panty)... These? DRY. At about 2/3 the price of the Depends and a good deal BETTER - to not buy is a silly decision. Just check your sizing (maybe buy small amounts if you're not sure) And the company? I have bought from some VERY decent companies on Amazon.... and these guys/gals would be THE BEST. Absolutely faultless customer service. My deepest thanks to them.

This brand has made life so much easier. I tried the day ones first and the wearer said they feel just like normal pants. I have now also ordered the night ones for greater absorbency, therefore less leaks. The greatest thing to note, other than the excellent quality, is that the wearer has not developed a rash around the leg like they did with previous cheaper brands we tried. I am very impressed and will continue to re-order. However, it is much cheaper to order direct from the website., and still very fast delivery!

Very comfortable until she insisted on continuing to order a medium size when she'd put on weight - then they became too tight but that was upon her weight gain denial and not a reflection of the product, which is good quality and easy to use. Plus quick delivery as I recall.

Bad fit, would not buy again. Its true what they say you get what you pay for.

I chose one star, not because the product deserves one star but the only means of warning others not to waste their money on this product. Doesn't do the job at all.
