I am very happy with my purchase. The BBQ is well built and amazingly easy to maneuver with it's four wheels and the wheel locks keep the BBQ in place. Easy to tuck into my garage when not in use. The cooking grates are heavy duty cast iron and will be easy to clean. The assembly took awhile but the instructions were well written and easy to follow. My only issue is the awkward position of many of the screws. Tight access but with a small ratchet and phillips head bit, I was able to tighten down all screws to make the BBQ rock steady. Looking towards cooking tonight!

We love it! The grill is split into 3 sections.. the middle is a griddle (somehow missed that in the description), but it’s excellent for grilling fish! Flame is very close to the grates, so we adjusted our grilling time and flame height (only slightly). Love the black on sides, it looks cleaner. Arrived early, great buy. Didn’t need to bring truck to store, and lift twice. Set up was less than 10 minutes. We bought the magnetic hooks for the side to hang grilling tools while cooking, magnetic paper towel holder that l put at the bottom right side ( can stay on with the cover on)and magnetic lights. So happy l bought this for husband’s birthday and didn’t refurbish the old grill yet another year.. saved money in the long run. We will be diligently covering the grill, when not in use. Haven’t used the burner yet. Everything lights very easily. Also very easy to turn gas off on propane tank without even opening the cabinet. I purchased the small deck boxes they are advertising on Amazon this year (30 gallon) they fit extra propane tanks and cover while grilling.

Am I annoyed that there’s paint shipped off in places and the bent bottom piece shore? Am I gonna try to ship it back ? I’m not that crazy. And I’m sure minus the blemishes it’s going to perform like a rockstar. It’s a grill not a Lamborghini. That said whoever packs these grills needs to be taught the difference in ensuring that the grill arrive safely and overkill the amount of tape that I had to cut through and plastic zip ties, which is what created the bend was ridiculous on top of the fact it was almost impossible to get out of the box. More annoying was a Styrofoam that was inside the grill holding up the oil pan and the gas pipes there was no easy way to get that out, and if there was, you didn’t make it evident in your instructions and another point your instructions leave a lot to be desired. I will grant you I am not an engineer by any stretch of the imagination and this is going to be a challenge, but the labeling coupled with some descriptions that made absolutely no sense. Made this build 10 times more challenging than it needed to be. And if you’re looking for suggestions, besides correcting all the things I just complained about is I didn’t realize that neither the Wright nor the left side panels folded down, which is on a game changer, but my last drill did that and it was a cheapie so why this doesn’t give you that ability boggles my mind at least on the side that doesn’t have the burner. Anyway, I look forward to many years of grilling now I just need to get a gas tank. Oh, I almost forgot the left side handle for the door was over drilled on the handle so I can only screw in the top screw because the bottom screw won’t stay in because the hole was drilled too large. AnyWho, I’m exhausted and I still have to put together a stand for my TV.

I received well packaged and good instruction on how to assemble it. It went together good and works fine. It is constructed well.

To start with, this grill is OK. I have used it a couple of times so far and it cooks well. I use the griddle for grilled cheese. My biggest issue with the grill is that it only has 2 grill grates. In order to fully use it for grilling, you need 3. I can only use 2/3 of the grill for burgers at a a time. You will never get as many burgers as advertised unless you fry some on the griddle. The next issue is customer support. I called them and texted them to try and buy a 3rd gate. The refuse to sell me one and didn’t offer to send me one. They said they would only send me one if mine was broken. All they would say is look for something similar in size and order that. This brings me to my last issue. This grill is an odd size. The grates from other grills do not fit it.
