I receive.D the package opened and all dried out without the lid on top of the product, the inside.Of the box had residue dried all around in it!! Not to mention that I didn't even know it was delivered because it was in my driveway next to my car.Not on my front porch or near my front door!!!

I'm thinking this should maybe be discounted, which is why it's a three star rating and not a one? But this has been the most confusing product I've tried from Icy Hot. I thought the roll-on would be slightly easier to cope with than the instant hot-cold punch of the original. Instead, what I got was something that doesn't warm, only cools until the liquid dries on my lower back, and does NOTHING else. Numbing effect? Doesn't seem to be. Heating, as mentioned? Nope. Cooling--which was always the thing I hated most from the original during the winter months? Not really. So what DOES it do? Far as I can tell, it's an easy applicator ball, which is what I wanted for lower back applications.Have to add the codicils, though: I'm going through several medical changes, shall we say, and the lower half don't work how it did before. So I may simply be in too much overall pain to notice? Save oral painkillers still work, and other brands with Lidocaine seem to work...Ultimately, I'm not buying this again, but it may work for others.
