What I liked most is the ease of use. I believe we buy it for our elders if they have some respiratory issues. This product comes in ready to use form for you just need to put the humidifier bottle in place and add the inlet and outlet, if the user doesn't want humidification then all it needs is just one connection and start breathing

It seems the item was not tested before delivery, and it is not working. Also, a demo should have been provided since this is a high-value item, to show how to operate it. There is no contact details in invoice form to reach out to the seller. Lost upto 10 days for this item..

There is no display of the oxygen concentration (%) released/ guaranteed by the manufacturer/ to the patient. Noise level is a bit on the higher side. There is no mention of ultrafill stations available here( India), nor whether they are filled with liquid oxygen or gas& the storage capacity etc. These are not applicable in India. At least disclose the Authorised company or dealers address

I have used this machine for my family member. Its works perfectly Fine even after 2 years. (They have given a warranty of 3 yrs). I had a problem with the registration of the warranty with the local service center. Amazon and the seller (C CROSS enterprises ) solved the matter promptly. You also have good company service centers for this product. Value for money.

I ordered this machine for someone and posting this review after five months usage, This oxygen concentrator from Philips is truly a life saver for asthmatic patients and who ever needs it for medical purposes. It comes with the all the required accessories so it’s like plug ‘n’ play. Genuine seller and Genuine product imported from US. Machine build quality was excellent. My recommendation was please use with good stabiliser. Philips Respironics service centers available in major cities. Finally, value for money and worth purchasing it from Amazon.

I am sorry to say. I have received a defective product and repeatedly I have requested the authority to replace it but action was taken.
