Have I visibly noticed a difference? No. Does it FEEL different? Yes!!!I am the first to admit that I don't use beauty tools as regularly as I should to get the visible benefits that manufacturers claim, so someone with better time management might look like a god(dess) with this, but I still really love it. The cooling and heating temps are just right to make my puffy eyes, face, and neck feel wonderful at the end of the day. The massage feature gives just the right intensity to relax the face. I sit and use this while watching TV, and it feels like heavenly pampering. I would rather buy this than spend the same equivalent on a fraction of a one-time facial.It's also a lovely way to massage in products after a steamy shower or bath. It might just be my imagination, but I do feel that it helps my skin to absorb lotions and gels better. It could also be that I'm not likely to spend as long lightly massaging products into my skin without it, but it's such a pleasure to use that it certainly isn't a chore.It's an all-around wonderful self-care product that is priced perfectly to make a fantastic gift.

It’s ok — if you are a regular user of gua sha facial tools, this could be a welcome variation on a basic tool you might enjoy. I didn’t think the slight vibration contributed much to the usage experience; the heat was ok.Overall, I wasn’t overly impressed with the style of the device — wasn’t very comfortable to hold for long periods of time at different angles. The features weren’t robust enough & no ability to modify intensity.I think this is a 3-4 star item; worth a try and a good value if it’s on promotion.

Love this hot and cold electric gua sha from ZoGoo! Has been a nice addition to my at home facial routine. Love the hot and cold feature along with the vibration function. This feels great and is such a nice treat to use compared to my standard gua sha. Makes the application of my serums and moisturizers relaxing and feels wonderful for a facial massage. Very nicely made and holds a decent charge. Highly recommend!

I had high hopes for this but I don't really notice a visible difference with my skin. Their marketing images are clearly photoshopped - sorry, friends... it won't change you from an old wrinkled lady to a 20-something year old, but at least the vibrations feel relaxing. Ehh.

I really wasn't expecting this to be anything but a gimmick, but it's actually quite useful and effective! The gua sha itself is great for breaking up tension in facial and neck muscles, and relaxing your face. Then when you turn it on, it has heat and cooling settings, as well as vibration. It is wonderful for giving yourself a good facial massage, and helps with fluid retention in your face, and puffiness. It's also really helpful for getting better absorption of your skincare products. This tool will not turn back the hands of time, but for everyday pampering and skincare, it's wonderful!

Heats ok but doesn't vibrate, just expensive plastic
