I am an older athlete and after doing research I found this product was a good addition to my recovery

Independent test and evaluation by SuppCo determined this to be real urolithin A. Lots of fakes out there that contain ZERO urolithin A. I choose the powder form to mix with smoothies however don’t like the overpowering berry flavor, would like an unflavored version that doesn’t clash with what I put in smoothies. Taste is ok when mixed with water but it wasn’t made to mix with water but instead food, has consistency of a fast acting baker’s yeast powder. Mixing with water is doable but not recommended. The expense of real urolithin A keeps me from buying every 30 days but instead I cycle on 30 days, off 30 days. The cheap stuff is fake. I don’t want to list other brands here that are real and contain as advertised doses, maybe that goes outside rules of Amazon reviews. Other alternative is to help create a gut microbe environment that makes urolithin A naturally but only so few of us can do.

Good product, but so expensive for so little powder

Just started using this and started using Time Line face cream. This supplement is more expensive because of the patents and the nsf certification for sport. Without this certification you are not guaranteed to have the supplement in it. A former co worker worked in a lab. He said they were testing vitamins. They found little to no vitamins in those pills, powders and gummies. He told me you have to buy NSF certified sport to get what you paid for. When I read about Urolithin A on line as a topical, I was blown away by results. I think next time I will purchase the gummies cause they are more convenient.

I bought a 30 day supply for 125.00. I just finished it and noticed absolutely nothing. Some people who promote this supplement say you have to take it for 4 months before you really notice improvements. I don’t know… I’ve seen to many products like this where they want to milk you for 100’s or 1000’s of dollars. I don’t think I’m going to continue. Also, I ordered the powdered sachets because some people are complaining about the new packaging for the pill form. Apparently, at 125.00 they don’t give you a pill bottle anymore. This is why I chose the sachet. They arrived in good condition and undaunted. However, they make your smoothies taste very weird and unpleasant. So at this point, I am eating walnuts and hoping I have the magic gut bacteria.

I MIX THE PACKET WITH 3 T. OF VANILLA YOGURT. MIXES WELL AND DOESNT TASTE BAD AT ALL!!

Works well with a flavoured yoghurt but otherwise doesn’t have good mixability in water. Taste is not great and although purchased with subscribe and save due to the 10% discount however it was later not available for subsequent purchases and shipping to Australia. Have purchased the timeline gummies, hope these are easier to consume and a subscription becomes available

Really like this product. Finding recovery after exercise much better. Energy levels higher & consistent. Sleep has improved.
