Good product

The supplement is easy on the stomach.

Decent results if taken religiously. I was on a 20,000iu one for about 3 months and am feeling the same results with this at 1/2 that potency. Everyone's body's will obviously react differently. I take it for a slipped disk and joint pan. Definitely takes the edge off especially during winter with less natural vitamin D. This pill is super tiny. Easy down. Little pricy for vitamin D.

So I'm on vitamin D now and the doctor recommended K2 along with it. I found these and thought I would give it a try because the two are combined. The capsules are small enough swallowing the capsules is easy. There is no smell. I can't say anything about quality because I have to assume what they say is really in there. Time will tell when I get the next lab test. It was a good buy.

After more than 2 years of constant uncertainty & misery of variation from constipation to diarrhea, never being able to be very far from a, bathroom, limitations of where & when my activities had to be changed - I found the probiotics. Medical nutritionists had not provided me any help. I read about imbalanced gut bacteria, or biomes, and the effects that result from excessive anabiotic‘s and what we eat, etc. I read how each individual is different as our bodies are different and what we eat of course is so different. So I had nothing to lose in trying to alter & improve my gut bacteria, and this absolutely worked. probably no two people’s have the same digestive system, but altering your biome to a healthy balance is absolutely necessary for health and a comfortable life. This product worked for me in about a two week period with the 20 strains. If you are a scientific person, you understand, that you should maximize the number of strains in a probiotic product to have a better shot at improving your situation. DO NOT LET YOUR CONDITION DEGRADE TO THE POINT WHERE YOU ARE DIAGNOSED WITH C-diff. Yogurt, sauerkraut and Kiefer all promote good mixes of gut bacteria. Please consider improving the balance of your gut bacteria in whatever way you can, try other probiotics if this one does not work for you as it did for me. Be healthy again. GREAT PRODUCT FOR ME.
