Like some other reviewers, I was on the Ideal Protein protocol a few times. After I finished, I was looking for a cheaper alternative to some of their products. This wafer seems to fit the bill quite well! While I prefer flavor of the IP wafer just a little better, but found this product to be yammy and a decent wafer at a lower cost. It does have a bit of a sandy aftertaste, but gives satisfaction when you crave for some carb snack, and yet, is full of protein and low carb/sugar. And, yes it is a dietary product, so it is not meant to taste like fat and sugar ridden desserts. I'll reorder again.

I eat a lot of protein bars, and these are my favorites. Delicious with my coffee in the morning. I only allow myself one/day, but could easily overeat, I like them so much!

The taste was ok, but not much to get excited about. Were a melty mess when delivered. Was able to salvage by putting in refrigerator. Chocolate still melted very easily when eating. A bit messy., too expensive for what you get. Prob won’t purchase again

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Sweeter than regular wafer cookies and why do they all have to have a chocolate coating - especially the lemon? Chocolate raspberry was inedible, threw it away. Do not recommend.
