I started this product upon recommendation for emotional distress. It worked immediately within 2 days. I felt better and in control of emotions. No side effects.

I'm still giving this a 5 because I think for anyone not on antidepressants, this item could work well. My personal experience is likely bad interaction with my medication.For the first week I felt much more energetic and sociable than I had in a long time. By week 2 I was quite irritable, tired, and exact opposite of how I initially responded. It reminded me of times in past where the SSRI I was on suddenly stopped working and I had to switch.Stopped taking this by week 3 and returned to my holy basil and saffron supplements. That seems to be better for me and doesn't interfere with my medication.I had a similar experience with nicotinamide riboside.Obviously both have an effect on neurotransmitters, however it seems to be a bad mix with SSRIs. So be careful and keep track of how you are feeling daily if you try this.I've found every item I've ordered from this manufacturer to be good quality. This one is simply not for me.

This is so helpful for me! It helps my back pain so much! Definitely strengthens my bones and my legs hurt less too when I take two every day.

I have been using it for over a year and this really works well. You can see the difference within a few weeks and if you continue it really works amazingly well.

I definitely feel more motivated and energetic when I take this compared to when I do not. I believe it is evident when it “wears off” though it’s no a complete ‘drop’ as might be expected. I was looking for something that would eventually raise my dopamine baseline and this is not it. Works for me for a daily boost. I’ll likely try something different when this bottle is empty.

This product, Phenylalanine, comes up first on searches for other similarly named items, such as Phenylethylamine. Be mindful as this product is not returnable. Though the page says it is refundable and replaceable (at this time) - it is apparently not returnable. FWIW- My research shows that this manufacturer is a highly reputable producer of supplements.

I experienced no positive effects from taking this product. I did notice a dull pain in my right side approximately 4 hours after taking a single dose. Initially, I wasn't sure what was causing the pain but after 2 months of tracking my usage I've concluded that this product does induce a painful squeezing sensation just below my ribs and towards my back. I have stopped taking this product.
