The firs5time I used this pan I cooked a piece of chicken for a grilled chicken sandwich and holy crap it turned out awesome. The chicken had the grill marks and cooked perfectly. It was easy to clean afterwards. It came with its own screwdriver to put the handle on and it is incredibly well made. If anybody is looking for a new pan then look no further.

Great pan to cook burgers, chicken, grilled cheese, & steak! I especially like the grill marks. Clean up is easy once cooled & soaked. Food is evenly cooked. I have a gas stove & the pan heats up quickly.

Love these pans. Cooks evenly, easy to clean, not heavy, price was great and quality was really good. Only thing is the drain hole spot for grease on the side is a bad location to pour. Needs to be on corner near handle end. I pour out from corner anyway and that works fine. Would buy again for sure.

Used it's For Strip Steak,& a Ribeye. Got the grill marks, I wanted. But prefer more char.marks. I will crank the flame 🔥 up to med hi to high ish.. It required higher Flame i believe. Will give her another try. It's nice,washes up good,easy. But...I was torn between a cast iron one with the ridges. Fig this would clean easier.. Those old cast Iron ones, never worked out ! Left many at the camp ground.. But. I may try the *Lodge Model* New observation 2/15/26.

In the past, I purchased another grill to use on my stove top. It didn't do the job! I hardly used it. But the Sensart Nonstick Grill is fabulous! Even my picky boyfriend gives it a thumbs up! We have grilled fish, steaks, and hamburger, and the results were tasty! It is so easy to clean too!

I just received this pan today and cleaned and seasoned it as per the enclosed instructions. It is a heavy pan, somewhat like a cast-iron pan, which makes it very sturdy. The handle needs to be attached with 1 screw, which is enclosed, and they even give you a nice screwdriver with which to attach the handle. I thought that was a very nice touch. The instructions say to use a low to medium heat on the stove, which I did. To test the pan out, I made 2 half pound hamburgers. I cooked them on a 3 setting (gas stove which goes from 1-9) which is a medium/low heat. I flipped the burgers a few times as they cooked and it took just a little longer than if I was cooking them on the BBQ grill outside. I have to say that we were really impressed with how the burgers came out. As good, if not better than the BBQ. There was not nearly as much grease splatter as there is when cooking burgers on a flat nonstick pan. The grill ridges really make a big difference in how the burgers cook, limited splatter, and mostly the flavor of the finished burgers. Once the pan cooled, I used paper towels to mop up the grease in the pan. I don't pour grease down the drain; it is not good for the pipes. I could not believe how much grease there was! This pan really works at removing the grease from the food, while still leaving enough for the food to be juicy and flavorful. My only regret is that I didn't try one of these pan sooner. I can't wait to try a steak grilled indoors on this pan. As far as clean up, it was so simple. Most of the residue came off with the paper towels. Just a little dish detergent and a sponge and it looks like new again. So easy. Just one note; when seasoning the pan, it says to bring it to 300 degrees, so I figured I would put it in the oven. Fortunately I checked first and this pan CANNOT go in the oven like a cast-iron pan can. I just guessed and used the same medium low setting that I eventually used for cooking and it worked fine. This pan obviously needs much less heat than a regular teflon coated pan does. I highly recommend this pan for indoor grilling.

Love this! My second Sensarte. It is great for grilling meat and fish. Cooks bacon and sausage well without it being swimming in the melted fat.
