Incredibly durable, but dog not interested
This product is incredibly durable -we have a staffie cross who is very much a power chewer and she hasn't managed to destroy it, even though her mission with everything we give her (and sometimes with things we don't) is to destroy it. However it doesn't hold a huge amount of interest for her, food falls straight out and it also doesn't present as great a challenge as her kong with something like peanut butter smeared into it. She doesn't particularly love chewing it as it's bouncy and she doesn't get that destructive crunch feel that she seems to do with something hard like a nylabone. Maybe one day we'll find a use for it, but now it languishes in the back of our car as a spare toy

These things are great. Whats great
Bought this in the hope that my dogs won't destroy yet another chew toy. My chocolate Labrador is a power chewer, and so far he hasn't left a single mark on this or the blue bone. They are rather expensive but going through other toys at the rate of 1 every 2 months, it was more of a false economy. These things are great. Whats great, is that my black lab was never much into toys but she loves this one and actually plays with it loads. Such a joy to see and not have to through it away at the end of the day when its in pieces.

GREAT!
my 2 year old staffy has destroyed every toy bought, everything, balls, kongs, the lot - some lasting mere seconds before they have to be removed! This however, is still going after the initial play last night :) seems very tough indeed and is of such a design that hes not worked out how to tear it to pieces yet and it occupied him all evening - long may it continue!

tougher than the rest
well it lasted over a year, and that is saying something...with jaws of steal, nothing ever lasted 2 seconds....so very very happy with this item...took a long time to write this review ...but i had my doubts and waited....but very happy would recommend to anyone who has a dog like ours...staffy, doberman cross and nothing is ever tough enough...but well done on this product

Very awkward shape for filling.
Awkward shape to put treats in without them falling out. Monty has discovered that with the right amount of manoeuvring and dropping it from a great height, off the sofa, the treat falls out. Bit of a strange one not sure what else to say about it.

Exceeded my expectations!
All I can say is WOW! My 17 month old Rottweiler has managed to destroy almost every so-called tough toy that I've bought. This has really exceeded my expectations. When it arrived I didn't think it would last but she's had it for over a week now and she has really been having a good go at it for hours on end and there's not so much as a tooth mark! I am so impressed and she adores it, so much so that I have to take it away for her to go to sleep, otherwise she'll play with it all night.

Not very durable
My young collie lab x played with this supervised, and in the first 10 minutes had pulled small pieces off it. After 2 hours over 3 separate occasions, it is as per the photograph. For an extremely expensive toy which claims to be durable I am extremely disappointed and will be sending mine back for a refund. I would suggest they should use my dog as a tester!
