Easily the best B12 folate I have found. Having been diagnosed with MTHFR2 years ago I’ve been on a constant search to reduce anxiety and promote good brain health. This is by far the best product I have tested out of at least 10, and the price is quite reasonable for what you get.

I didn’t realize I needed this until I didn’t have it. My energy levels are sooo different (up) when I take them.

I started using this particular product when my blood work showed low b12. I felt low on energy and also had mood swings. So far I am loving this product, I feel like I am getting my energy back. I take it each morning, first thing on empty stomach, with water. Size of the capsule is so small and easy to swallow. You can see it in the picture attached above. I am not a big fan of bulky capsules. The ingredient list is also small. I like products with low ingredient list. I’ll keep taking it. Highly recommend.

THANK YOU for finally being the one thing that has actually cured my weird facial numbness symptoms. Folks, even if your blood tests fall in the "normal" range, you may still be having the issue I was, in not being able to properly absorb regular supplements. This has been a lifesaver!

I have not received my latest order as it was delayed in transit. The product is good, though (when I actually receive it!). Amazon is having some challenges here with UPS-USPS handoffs…
