Very comfortable, easy set up, came with handy tool (star wrench?) to tighten screws. Once I discovered 'waterfall' seats, the kind with a curved front so as not to put pressure on the back of your leg, that was a condition for my chair shopping. Admittedly I bought this great chair because it was affordable, but I really scored. The cushion is plush, the whole chair is bigger than the junker I had and I was glad it had raisable arms in case it wouldn't fit all the way under my desk, but it isn't too big at all slides up under desk even with arms down, and doesn't crowd my tiny office in the slightest. When we began assembly, we didn't notice right away that it came with instructions that were under the seat, but it wasn't hard to assemble anyway. This is a great chair. The handy pocket behind the back is another plus.

super cute and comfy!! was surprised how comfortable and easy it was to put together! The arms are a little hard to make sure they come up but thats about it! other than that its a good quality chair!

It's cat-approved. • I gave extra attention and care to instructions/assembly steps 4-7, ensuring the bolts were even and secure, as the structural success of this chair's support design depends on this geometry. • I substituted standard-size pop-in casters to help protect my apartment's bare wood flooring. • I'm almost 5'4", the chair fits, but feels slightly large for me. A small support cushion for my back will help for more upright tasks, but for relaxing back, the chair is comfy as-is. I have the chair set on its lowest height (my subbed-in wheels add 1" to the height) • The chair's seat is not overly soft, but is comfy, which is great for active task work. • Arm rests are not cushioned, nor full-length, but are effective elbow rests, and their shorter length allows me to draw the chair close to my desk without becoming an obstacle. • Item arrived 2 days earlier than expected :)

Whoever purchases this chair will fall in love right away! 1: very attractive 2: easy to put together 2: comfortable I purchased this chair for my 11 yo granddaughter who is 5’5 she loves to sit at her desk to watch tv read and do her schoolwork. She loves it! She loves that it’s pink and not black like my office chair that she was using. She takes pride in keeping it clean because it’s a light color. I’ m so happy that she’s happy! I am a 5’9 and it’s comfortable for me as well. So if you’re wondering if it’ll fit a tall grownup the answer is yes! Let me tell you, no exaggeration the seat cushion is very soft and comfortable! There’s no flimsiness about this chair, it’s sturdy and not a lightweight. Oh and the handles are adjustable meaning they can be raised up or down which idk the purpose really, but another great feature is that the wheels glide beautifully. My only wish is that they had locks on them, but besides that, this chair is a winner! Great value for the money!

I’m really happy with the quality of this chair. It’s easy to assemble, very comfortable, and has good support. I also give the seller 5 stars! I had a small issue with one of the parts and messaged them direct. They got back within a few minutes and helped resolve the issue quickly.

Great Chair pretty easy to assemble. Sturdy and comfortable

Assemble pretty easily. Straight forward directions using images (6 actionable steps). Came with a nicer hex tool I use for assembly which could do most of the work. I did use a drill with the matching sized bit to assemble it though and when I got to assembling the seat of the chair to the handles it was helpful because it was a challenge to line up the three bolts on each side and screw them in. The retractable handles are great and the compact size helps this chair fit into my older style desk with a 20’ opening for the chair. The seat is firm but comfortable and may give a little with more use. Overall I’m surprised at the quality for the price. It’s relatively silent to operate the hydraulic lever and feels pretty sturdy. If I needed back support I feel this chair would be lacking and would add a gel lumbar cushion to it.

This is a fantastic chair! I’m a 71 year-old woman with arthritis in my hands. I was able to put this together pretty quickly. The added Allen wrench was wonderful. The design made it so easy on my hands, those little Allen wrenches that you get with other products are really hard for me to work with. The up-and-down level it’s easy to work with and the adjustment for the tilt works really well. The chair back tilts, but doesn’t make you feel like you’re gonna fall over backwards. The chair is light enough for me to move around without any difficulty but very stable. I bought two of these and loved it so much. I’m buying a third that has the high back for a different desk for the cost these are wonderful.
