Unbeatable value for decently constructed fans that are quiet and quite good looking.
I had previous experience with Thermalright fans with the TL-C12C-2 fans, and though I'd give these a chance since I wanted to tone tone down the amount of lighting in my computer. They are surprisingly quiet for $15 fans, can't even hear it without putting my ear to my tower. Ironically quieter than the be quiet! fans I previously had in my tower. The RGB is amazing, its not super bright which I prefer, but offers a really nice outline, it's pretty well diffused but has noticeable hotspots which is to be expected for fans this cheap.Don't know exactly how much air they push, but they push enough through my case and AIO to keep both my CPU (11700K) and GPU (7800XT) below 70 degrees celsius and still remaining whisper-quiet under full load.Daisy=chaining them is definitely the cheapest that they were able to do, basic cable extensions that route off the PWM and ARGB cables, which isn't the greatest but they're so cheap that it's a wonder they can even daisy-chain in the first place. Now, I bought 4 packs of these total, 2 packs of the standard model, and 2 packs of the reverse blade model. I was a little skeptical since other reviews had stated broken blades, but all of mine shipped with no damage whatsoever. QC might be a bit sketchy since they're so cheap and it also really depends on the shipping you get and whether or not you get an angry FedEX driver.Price is unbeatable, each fan is $5 in this pack, or about $7-$10 if bought in singular packs, and are absolutely amazing value.Yeah, I recommend these. Not the best fans in the world obviously, but they're so incredibly cheap that they're well worth the price. I bought these since I needed 10 fans, and didn't want to spend $200 on Corsair, Noctua, or Lian Li fans. Nowhere near the quality of those, but any other brand that manufactures fans at this price tend to be incredibly sketch or generally low quality, and these mix pretty good quality fans with tasteful, but not overly-abundant lighting and some nice features all for a very, VERY reasonable price. Solid 9.5/10.

Quiet, Stylish, and Great Airflow!
The Thermalright TL-S12R fans totally exceeded my expectations. Not only do they look great with the subtle red accents, but they also deliver impressive airflow while staying whisper quiet—even under load. Perfect for both case ventilation and radiator setups.Build quality feels solid, and installation was a breeze with the included screws and rubber dampeners. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they balance performance and acoustics, especially at this price point. If you’re looking for reliable, good-looking fans that won’t sound like a jet engine, these are a fantastic choice. Thermalright really nailed it with this one.

Quiet and PWM
These are my new favorite budget case fans. I installed them for some more airflow in my 011D case and they are quiet and nice looking. PWM and reverse flow were a big selling point. The lights look really good with just the halo ring having 16 lights. They have a similar RGB style as the Razer Kunai but significantly cheaper.

Not bad for the price.
Great budget fans with minimal RGB.They don't move a lot of air but they have decent pressure. Didn't have any failures in the 3 packs I ordered.
