This is probably the best absorbed N-acetyl cysteine supplement I have ever used and, therefore, very effective. Unfortunately, I know that because I cannot get two milliliters out of that eye dropper and I have had to settle for a smaller intake because I do not always have time to keep it under my tongue for 30 seconds to a minute four times a day. The taste is just eh, I did not think it was bad, however, it wasn't anything to write home about either. I did not feel that there was any texture of which to speak so I will leave that to others. For me, the purpose of supplementing NAC is that it has antidepressant properties and it supplies the cysteine needed for the most efficient production of glutathione. In as much as I have only been able to take a dose that is less than what I would normally consume, I can speak to this supplement being notably effective in terms of delivering NAC to the brain because the experience has been similar for a reduced intake. In as much as production of glutathione is a problem of the quantity and not just how it is delivered, I am less sold on this NAC supplement. If you have trouble swallowing a lot of pills then this is an excellent way to address the need for NAC in the aforementioned roles.

Maybe you want this because you have a pill phobia or are allergic to most capsule casings. If so, this is a great product for you. It has a sweet lemon taste somewhere between country time lemonade and the inside of a lemon head candy. It also has a faint scent of that candy as well. This would be a great addition to a hot tea. (I tested it, it is).Obviously the anti-oxidant and anti-brain fog and anti-spike protein effects are well-theorized and attested to by many. Does this product do that? Well, I'm not allowed to comment on its effectiveness.The only very minor downside is that 2 ml seems like a lot to take at once and your bottle won't last very long at that rate. Also, glycerin can make you dehydrated, so be sure to stay hydrated. Mixing this with water or hot or iced tea will definitely help with that.Bottom line if you are trying to get NAC in a non-capsule form, you probably couldn't do better than this. 5/5

This is what I needed. Warning, You will make number one ALOT!...lol.. Anyways, I used this right away and did not need any juice or water mixture. I took it straight from the droppler and it does not taste bad at all. It kinda has a slight nutty sweet flavor to it. The dropper does not hold a full dose so I had to take mutiple drops under my tounge and it has worked out well for me. The bottle is sturdy and glass and it does what it says it does.

I am not a type of person who takes multivitamin everyday - I simply forgot to take... When you get older, recovery after long bicycle ridings, or playing hoops/tennis with my son took longer than before. Most noticeably, it took a long time to get back healthy after getting ordinary cold...Recently, we got flu (whole family), and I was the last person to graduate from it. I used to be the healthy one, but it seems not anymore. My doc suggested to take some supplements, especially NAC supplements while I was sick, coughing. So I tried this NAC supplements in liquid form.I never had NAC supplements before, even struggling to take multivitamin due to lack of commitment (it's hard). Anyways, not sure about its benefits yet (about three weeks so far). At least, its daily dose is small (2ml), and it does not have strong medicine taste (taste like light lemon juice - my wife hates it, but I love lemon/lime): drop 2ml to yorgut, juice, or favorite hot tea (not coffee) in the morning. Probably, one bottle would last for about two month.Taking 2ml from the bottle is little struggle - one squeeze only has 0.5ml (I tried various ways, but consistently ended up with 0.5). Maybe, I am not use to take this type of supplements (just clumsy). So I used other sryngie (for my cats, had some extras, tiny ones) to have 2ml dose out from bottle instead (yeah, I have to clean up afterwards).
