Simple install, works great with easy mods
Well made, great concept but needs design upgrade(which you can do yourself with an xacto knife and some small side cutters). If you look at the grate without the filter installed you can see it is very restrictive considering its almost 7/8" id. Took me three min each filter to make em breathe like they should. I'm using them to vent the case on a predator generator. After seeing some of the videos online i didn't want my gen to look like crap with vents all over the place. Maybe the manufacturer has a good reason for this but I'm not seeing it. Leaving a simple "X" in the center has worked fine for me.

Really easy to install / use
Really easy to install / use. Upgraded my dual sport, the thing can breath now. Going to use these on my track bike to open up the air box even more and have it dyno tuned again. I'll update when I get a chance and let everyone know what HP results are.

Easy installation
These are a great way to get some additional air flow for better performance. Plan carefully and take your time if you want to avoid any problems.Pros:Inexpensive and easy to install. Make sure you lay out your hole patterns carefully before you drill any holes in your air box. Look inside first. Common sense applies here.Cons:Do not oversize the holes! If they are even slightly larger these will not stay in place as they depend on a friction fit. I would NOT recommend using a 1" hole saw to cut the air box as I did on the first vent hole. A large 1" Uni-bit will work much better and probably save you some trouble. You could probably wrap electrical tape around the vents or glue them if needed- but it is best not to oversize. Lesson learned!

Very nice product.
These worked out very well for my application and I would not hesitate to purchase again. Well made and look good when installed.1 inch hole is perfect for installation, btw.GTG!

Excellent for what it is
Bought these to do the airbox mod on my Honda CRF250L. A 1” drillbit was perfect and the vents fit snugly into the holes. I used some black gasket maker around the edges to make sure they stayed in place but probably didn’t need to. Starting up the bike you can feel air sucking through the vents.Quality of construction is decent. There’s some flashing that overlaps the air holes but it doesn’t seem to interfere with the air flow.Definitely worth the price and I’d buy them again. In fact, I bought them twice more.
