I love JBL’s! Great sound, easy connection and sound is amazing! They do not hurt your ears at all. No falling out of your ears and if they did you want have to hunt for it cause it’s attached to the cord! This is my 3rd pair. My favorite ones lasted about 2-3 years, but started having trouble with connection and it appears that the wire in one side had broken! Wear and tear I guess, but I still love my JBL’s. I’ve bought all kinds and the more expensive ones are just not worth it, they hurt my ears and can’t wear but for very short periods! JBL’s are the most comfortable ones that I’ve owned and sound great! My favorite!

I’ve used them mainly for working out, but also for work and receiving calls from time to time. The sound quality has been nice on all fronts. They do not fall out and are some of the best feeling headphones I’ve had.

Despite great reviews for these headphones, they were some of the worst I've tried. Very uncomfortable in my ears, with a stiff cord (forced behind the head). Sad that it came from JBL which is a key player in headphones. The sound was OK, but the controls were not responsive. I prefer the "lesser" hook-style headphones from Otium and mPow.

I bought these for working out as a replacement for the exact same product 2 years ago. They have a good bluetooth range, decent sound quality and stay on securely. I really like the tap controls - 1 time to pause, 2 times to skip forward, 3 times to go back, and swipe up and down to adjust volume. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the last pair only lasted 2 years; I'm a sweaty beast, so it's not a huge failure, btu not perfect either.

In all fairness, I am in the process of charging this particular pair right now so I can’t tell you if they work, but I had a pair before and I loved them and it took me a while to find another pair so I’m excited to have these again, the sound is fabulous

I tried several brands/styles of headsets, but I love these. I've had them for ages and they are still going strong. Easy to turn on and off. Sound is good. My headset at work crapped out, so I'll be replacing those with another set of JBLs.

The product fits ok, the problem is sound quality...

They work fine. Are right in my easy but the on/off and controls are awful. I'm sure someone thought the design would be cool but they are so hard to get in place that the magnetic part turns them on & off while you're trying to put them on. Then the swipe/press thing to hang up - I'm accidentally hanging up just moving my hair or adjusting it in my ear.Basically, no one makes these for phone calls, really. They think ppl only listen to music, which is stupid. The primary function of a cell phone is to talk on it.The sound is fine, the cost was fine. Ppl on the phone have not complained about background noise or an difficulty hearing, when I'm not hanging up on them. I don't like my treats being plugged up.Wish Bose so made the ones I had, but they don't. This is a replacement but not a great one.And the carrying case provided is TOO SMALL. Trying to get them in it each time is like a rubix cube. So it wrong and it turns on. Someone didn't think that thru. Oh well...
