The chair arrived in perfect condition. Was easy to put together. Very attractive chair. The chair is larger than expected but husband likes it. It seems to work well and reclines comfortably to laying position. Dark brown is just as pictured , very nice and leather seems good quality. It seems to be a good buy for the money. Hopefully will hold up and work well mechanically. Time will tell.

I received my new leather power recliner today. I was able to set it up all by myself in about a half an hour. I’m almost 77 years old and I only weigh about 140 pounds and I was easily able to do everything that was necessary to put it together perfectly in a very short time. I sat down in it and fell asleep almost immediately. It is so so comfortable. The motor is so quiet. I can’t even hear it when I’m standing next to it. It’s completely silent. The rubber feet protects my architectural tile floor from being scratched. This recliner is First class all the way. The leather is so supple and consistently smooth with even stitching throughout. I am so happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy this fantastic recliner again and again.

These genuine leather recliner chairs are just beautiful. Purchased two in saddle color. I will take you through my true opinion. First received them 4 days prior to the scheduled date, such a pleasant surprise. The boxes are large and heavy, decided to open up in the garage and carry each piece in. At first glance my husband and I we so happy with the feel and the product frame, seemed expensive and sturdy. Putting it together was a breeze, literally 7 minutes. People stated it was difficult to put together or awkward zipper, NOT!!! Put the base down right side up, place the back of the chair facing down on the seat. The chair base and back zipper should be aligned together now, zip it up together. Then lift the back and slip into posts. Once seated in place push out the prongs on both side to completely lock in place. Two people make this process easier - one manipulating the prongs the other pushing down on the back to get into place. Plug in the pieces, Velcro the side flaps in place, and slip in the back side panels in place. Seal the Velcro flap to the bottom. Plug in DONE! The motor is quiet and smooth. Easy buttons for both lift,, decline and head adjustments. Like the one button retract option too. The leather is soft and very luxurious. The head, back and arms are soft and comfy - not stiff at all. The seat is Simi firm, but comfy. Not hard at all, very comfortable. The leg lift is padded nicely as well. The zero wall clearance is about 3 inches to completely extend properly. The extends to a satisfying laid out position. The only fault we could find with the chair really is the length, my husband is only 5”11 and his foot hangs off the edge of the foot rest. So if your tall, the chair might not be the best choice. I’m 5’4 and it’s perfect for me. Love love love these chairs. Beautiful color, rich and expensive looking. Completed with our purchase.

I would have given this 5 stars, except that the USB charging ports don’t work. I’ve tried different cables and devices, but no luck. Other than that, the chair is very well made, extremely comfortable and easy to assemble. I was mostly concerned that the leather was that thin stuff that rips easily. But the material is heavy duty and should be good for years. The controls work perfectly and are easy to use. I just wish the charging ports worked.

I purchased two of these electric recliners. I’m a plus size woman, and this recliner is solid, sturdy, and extremely comfortable. The faux leather is thick, soft, and feels good. The cushioning is firm but comfortable. The button mechanisms to recline and adjust the leg and head rest work smoothly and easily. The chair leg can be raised slightly, or it can recline way back, depending upon how you want it to be. The headrest adjusts comfortably, too. I use a rechargeable battery to power my cgairs(purchased separately), and the battery stays charged for 2-3 months per charge. The chair itself is easy to assemble. There is a zipper to secure the backrest to the seat, and other reviewers said they struggled with the zipper. I was concerned about the zipper when I ordered, but it was not difficult to fasten when I put the chair together. The assembly is really quick and simple. I love the rich dark color of the chair. I love its comfort. I love its sturdiness and the solid feel of the chair. It looks and feels like a much, much more expensive piece of furniture—but the price is great! I highly recommend this chair if you have back issues, want a comfy chair to relax in, are plus size, and/or want great value for your dollar.

Excellent sitting chair and very comfortable for anything else you do when sitting and relaxing. First off the creamy white color is beautiful, this is not some slick, shiny, or stiff material like you'd see at your dentist's office. The material is supple gives easy to the hand, legs and seat, everything that contacts it. Now we love it so much we decided to keep this recliner, even after we realized in our fury of examining all of the pluses and minuses of several model's of recliners, this is not a power forward lift chair. it is simply a recliner that is easy to operate, takes up a minimal footprint of floor space and most of all looks and feels good to sit in. The construction is top of the marquis, from the metal framing and sturdy steel brackets which supports and holds the chair, the stitching is tight, no loose strings, inner padding luxurious when you put your sore, stiff body down to relax and catch a nap. We dealt with there customer service people about other issues and they are polite, professional and knowledgeable about their products. Some faux leathers squeak and groan until they get broke in. No need here, the quality of materials is, this chair, and at a very good price, given the economic uncertainty worldwide right now. Again this is not a power lift assist chair, it is a power recliner, both the back of the chair and leg rest are motor controlled with convenient rocker switches off to the side on the right arm of the chair. This chair was not what we realized when we unboxed it, but it sold itself, quietly as we both tried it out. Last, I'm the guy who is always critical of a negative service experience or product, I don't write glowing reviews very often, but this chair deserves the accolades I have given it. Buy it! It is a keeper!

The first chair I received was damaged by FedEx. They actually dropped it from the truck to the ground, not using a ramp or a cart. W&W requested a video of the chair and immediately offered to replace it with no need to return the damaged item which I donated to charity. Although FedEx failed to deliver in time and actually passed my home by twice with the chair on the truck, I finally received in and this driver took care in taking the chair from truck to my yard. So now to the chair. It's fantastic. It's well made and solid. The power system which includes the ability to move the headrest makes for a great experience. I have back issues and this chair is very comfortable for me. The padding is perfect and the leather is very nice looking with an even color throughout. I would buy this again or any chair from this company. Customer support is quick and effective unlike many others. I am very happy with this purchase.

My husband and I are both just under 6 ft and in the past, we have purchased some Lazy boy recliners because they were "the best". Well maybe that was true in the past, but after having this chair for almost 1 month (using it every day), I'll share this - keep the extra money in your pocket and enjoy this quality and comfortable chair. I wanted to wait and give it a little time in case our initial experience/reaction changed. My husband gave me his requirements when I started looking. No swivel, no rocker and has to be leather. That started the search. I looked at this chair, along with others and then said, just sit tight. But I found myself going back to look at this so many times. I scoured all of the reviews--many times. I was concerned because some say good for tall people while others said not. When you are buying a chair that you can't sit in 1st or touch it, do you want to click on the button to purchase it? It's not the same as returning a small purchase to Amazon if you are not happy with the end result! After 3 weeks of thinking about it and scouring reviews again, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase it. End result? Very pleased. Better than expected! Came in 2 days. Was easy to assemble (2 pieces) and I recommend having a flashlight and using tips from the reviews - especially regarding the red ribbon as well as the zipper position!) Quality? BEAUTIFUL quality leather that will last for years. Color? Navy with minimal shade variances. Comfort? The seat is just a little stiff but provides good support and IS comfortable. It will break in somewhat over time we have no doubt. The length is slightly short for us but we are both long legged vs longer body with shorter legs, feet hang over by 3-4 inches but not uncomfortable because of it. What my husband has to say about the chair. Features important to him: because the chair is not manual, you have multiple positions for reclining. You can control the positions. Same for independent head rest. USB charger is important to him for charging his phone. Mechanism runs smoothly and quietly. The only thing that I can say that I wish was different is that the warranty is not shipped with the chair. You have to go to the manufacturer for it. Hope this is helpful for future potential buyers. We plan on purchasing a matching one in the next few months because they is how much we like it.
