This neck and decollete serum is silky smooth and makes my moisturizer go on so much better. It keeps my skin hydrated better than cream alone. No scent, which I appreciate, and no tingling or burning sensation that my sensitive skin sometimes has to new products. I've only been using for a week, so I can't speak to the skin tightening or firming benefits but I'm pleased with moisturizing properties so far. I like to use it all the way around to the back of my neck and behind my ears, up to my hairline. Years of sun and neglect have left the area damaged, dry, and deeply creased. I'm already seeing softening and looking forward to even more improvement with time!

After a couple of weeks I was ready to toss, thinking it would end up like the others. But I decided to give it a month and I'm glad I did! Although it is not an extreme miracle cure, it has smoothed out some of the fine lines that were developing on my chest. I think my neck my have some small results also but maybe over time that will adapt as well. Overall, it is worth the cost.

The new pump action container doesn't work . I have toi unscrew the the top to get to the product.

I bought this 2 times in the past and was very pleased with its affect in firming skin on my neck. This last order was totally different. Same label but different packaging and serum is not a gel like before - it’s totally liquid. And it started to smell bad after a couple weeks - like a cheesy smell - yuck! Will not buy again!

I'm of darker complexion and my skin reacts well to retinol products so I figured I'd give it a shot. After about 3 weeks I had a noticeable tightness in my jaw line that I didn't have previously. The skin wasn't simply flailing around wildly like it had in the past, and that was something that bothered me. I've had people compliment me and asking if I've lost weight. I haven't! I will add though that if you have fair skin you may want to stay away from this as my gal used it and she's very fair skinned and it didn't go well for her

I had used this in the past and liked it as long as it was paired with the Gold Bond cream. However I ordered it again in January and this bottle is causing a horrible bumpy rash. At first I thought it was something else but I have now narrowed it down to this. I don’t know if they changed the formula or if I just got I e bad bottle. Do a small patch test first to test for allergies.

I've been using this tightening serum for a few weeks and have noticed improvements in skin texture. This has helped lessen the sun damage my skin has accrued over the years and has seemed to strengthen the area overall and give it a glowing look. I'm a huge fan of retinol in face creams so it's nice to find one with argireline as well for the neck area.

I like it but for the packaging. It's so hard to see the tiny hole, that I always end up squirting not in my hand. I also pulled the top off before I realized it was a pump. I don't see why they cant just make a basic, simple bottle. Otherwise, I do like it though I haven't noticed any significant improvement. I'm just really using as a deterrent.
