Q: Can this lamp be used with the reptisun T5 HO 10.0 uvb bulb for my chameleons cages?

Yes, I purchased this unit, and upgraded the bulb to a Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 T5 HO UVB Lamp, 54 Watts. It is a perfect fit. My Russian Tortoise is enjoying this as its UVB Light Source.

Q: So it says a 2 ft fixture and then it says 18" fixture in the description... which is it? What is the length of the T5 bulb?

The whole fixture is 22 1/2" end to end & the bulb is 21 1/2" long. I was disappointed it was not a 2' (24") fixture as it implies. Also note that it's got the narrow bulb that's only 3/4 " wide & barely puts off any heat. My African violets are 12" under it but could be 10" without fear of too much heat. Hope this helps your decision.

Yes. It includes all three--fixture with reflector and the correct fluorescent high output bulb.
