Extremely comfortable. I have very high arches and as I've gotten older, my feet are getting longer, plus I have damage to my spine. My doctor recommended I try these for the arch support and the extra padding for shock absorption. I am 6'2", 195 lbs, so they don't really add an inch because I sink down into them, but I have these in three pair of shoes and love the comfort! I will continue to buy these for each new pair of shoes I get.

Not firm. Not returnable.
It does NOT provide 1” height increase because your weight will push it down, since it's not hard enough. It may provide a third of that.I also tried returning this item and it's not returnable as per its policy.

Working great with good quality
Have been using it for about 1 month. It's add up the good height with nice cusion without getting people noticed.Wishing it has more sizes so not need to extra work for cut and fit. It elevates your whole foot up from the original sole, so you need either soft top shoes or a little larger size ones for everyday use.In general 5 starts. Good quality, works as it's described.
