I am finding I really like this backpack. I love the functionality; it has a lot of area for packing, opens like a suitcase for easy accessibility, and has a side zip to easily reach your laptop. It has enough straps to keep it secure on the body and seems like it will be quite durable. I am thin so the waist belt is a bit large, not enough cinch-up to make it tight, but the bag still fits well, and with the help of the top buckle it feels secure and is comfortable. Works great for my needs!

I purchased this item to replace a travel backpack I used on a recent trip. I was looking for an underseat carryon as I am often faced with limited overhead options. My previous backpack lacked a bottle carrier and the organization was lacking. This backpack is much better arranged for how I organize my electronics, clothing and travel necessities. It has quality construction and comfortable straps

I bought two of these as I wanted one for both my husband and myself. First I will say it is lightweight and as described. What I loved was the fabric, the water resistance, the hidden zipped pockets on the back side and the side zipped padded pocket for tablet or laptop really the overall roominess. What I didn't like was the top storage areas did not zip down enough for ease of placing items. Nor is there a key ring attachment on the inside. The straps were very comfortable for my husband but a little wide for my neck and after several hours I had a back ache ( I do not have a bad back, so this was totally strange for me.) I did not have the pack fully packed so it did fit under the seat on Delta airlines middle seat and by the window but would not have fit under the aisle seat. If I had it fully packed it would not fit under any of the seats on this particular plane. I do plan to continue to use this for extra room when I travel, but will try to place it on my other luggage as much as possible.

The quality feels very nice especially for the price in comparison to the expensive Cotopax which is very similar in design. It can fit 3-4 days worth of clothes and maybe a week if you’re a light packer.

I've only used this bag on one trip, but man, it was amazing. My previous travel backpack was a regular LLBean backpack. The way this opens flat as a suitcase, and has mesh see-through dividers is awesome. All the different compartments are amazing at separating toiletries from undergarments from clothes and then some. Love it!

Lightweight, easy to carry. Sturdy. Travelled to jungle in Peru. Great as carry on.

I was debating between using a 40L bag or a smaller one for an upcoming trip and bought this one and the 40L original version (not a “2.0”) to compare.They actually both fit basically the same amount of stuff so was thinking I’d stick with this 34L for the slightly smaller profile, but after wearing it packed i found that the straps of the 34L/2.0 were pretty uncomfortable. It felt like they were digging into my shoulders in a way that the original 40L didn’t. The 40L original version also felt more padded and was overall much more comfortable to wear.Ended up returning the 34 and sticking with the 40.

Works great. The organization is top notch, holds enough for a long weekend or more, build quality is great, and it's easy to work with and stuff
