Q: What is the internal diameter is it 10 mm ?

Yes, 10mm. My stand is 17mm diameter and it doesn't stretch over it however much I try. I wasted my money because of misleading descriptions here.

Pletscher make different size rubber feet to fit their different sizes of stand. I bought the one they recommended so I don't know its diameter. Pletscher stands are more square so not sure if they will fit a 10mm diameter.
