For strength to your wrist and arm . Last year I had 2 cancer growths removed from my right arm and I'm using the ZooBoo Wing Chun Rattan Ring to strengthen my right arm.

This is an excellent rattan JWH ring, it’s well made and looks very cool. Even with the rattan, the manufacturers got this about as close as you can to a perfect circle. There is no warping and the seam is unnoticeable to the touch. Even the brad nails are difficult to see. They threw in the very cool Escrima stick style burn marks. Well done, I will be purchasing more rings from this company for sure.

Love this ring. I was told that these rings help in training in Wing Chun. This thing came fast for where I’m at and it’s small enough where I can watch YouTube videos and do very basic exercises in addition to more serious sessions. I’m 6’0 so it’s good for me but I’ve ordered a slightly larger one that’s more for my arm length. This company is legit so try and support em if you can. P.S. when I first heard “rattan”, I thought it would be flexible. But this sucker isn’t and it’s pretty durable. Just don’t go nuts trying to break it.

Nicely shaped, well finished. The joint is solid. Advertised at 9" ID, but is exactly 8.5" ID. That's not a real game changer, just a little smaller than expected. Works great for close-in work. I also have an 11" ID that I like for wider applications. For comparison, I'm no giant. I'm 6', 180#, with average arm length and hand size. The artsy blow-torch singe marks are, eh, cute, and for some reason do add character, but are obviously just cosmetic.

It is a well made ring. Very smooth, and no rough seams to tear up your wrists. I will order another larger ring from this company. This ring suits my purposes just fine.

This wooden ring is the perfect size and helps with keeping the close arm to torso contact needed with certain Wing Chun moves.
