I love Purpose Meals - this is such a great way to kick off my day, easy to mix, covers all my bases including protein and hydration. Takes away me making my own concoction of different powers to achieve all the same things, and does it all in one. Not to mention, SALTED CHOCOLATE!?!?! YUM.

Surprisingly good considering it has mushrooms in it! I love the fact that it has all clean ingredients and his MCAS friendly, particularly on those days where I can’t eat a whole lot. This is going to come in handy and it tastes pretty good. I do wish they had a vanilla flavor or other flavor options but the salted chocolate tastes pretty good and the nutrients can’t be beat as far as any other supplemental meals go this will be my go to. I don’t have a shaker bottle so I just used a water bottle with some cold water and shook it a few times it was a little gritty at first, but then it did dissolve pretty well.

I made this into a shake and drank it before a long day outdoors, and let me tell you, it was amazing! I felt great! I was energized, felt full, and was ready for the day. Not many meal replacement packets can say that but this one really can! Would highly recommend to all of my outdoor/nature enthusiasts as they are easy to throw into your backpack and are full of everything you need for the day. Also, I loved how much protein they have-what a great boost!

This is amazing!! I usually wake up and take l theanine, with caffeine along with a protein shake, electrolyte packet, and breakfast.This product is actually super reasonably priced when you look at all that comes in it!Taste is really really good, definitely a salty chocolate (assume the salty is for electrolytes).Smoother than any other Huel or alternative. Filled me up until my late lunch.I've never had another product that helps me with focus, energy, hydration, protein, collagen, gut health, blue light defense, and probably 100 other things!100% buying this again!

Being someone who is constantly on the go, it's sometimes hard to make sure you're eating healthy, or at all. This checked both boxes for me! It was grab-and-go! Def recommend using a blender bottle. The taste is not awful, but keep in mind this focuses more on nutrition than indulgence
