Changing my life continuously everyday I feel I can accomplish another task another goal. I never felt so motivated for my day. No jitters, anxiety or crashing.I’ve tried many supplements, This is by far one of the only best than can come close to feeling closer to my desires.

This has a smart selection of nootropic ingredients and the doses are solid and substantial. (It's amazing value for money!) I felt like I was sharper and more grounded on days when I was taking it. Because I decided to give up caffeine, I won't be reordering this. I really wish there were a caffeine -free version, because I haven't found a good alternative.

I have ADHD, and one of the worst parts for me (besides clutter paralysis) is getting a song stuck in my head for days. And I mean cemented in there: playing when I try to sleep and still there when I wake up, compelling me to hum it incessantly throughout the day. Well, this time it's "Eternal Flame" by The Bangles (a song I LOATHE btw) for THREE. DAYS. STRAIGHT. Last night I was awake at 3am looking up the lyrics because I couldn't remember one line, and I was literally losing sleep over it. Today I was desperate to make it stop when I remembered I'd ordered this product; If taken it a few times, but I didn't think it did enough good to offset the fact that it made the top of my head tingly and itchy. I decided this would be the perfect test because snuffing out Eternal Flame would be worth the scratching. So I took 2. An hour later, The Bangles have been banished from my brain. It's so quiet in here, I can actually think straight. I'm looking around at the stuff I need to get done, and I don't feel overwhelmed. The only draw back (besides the itchiness) is that they're a little hard to swallow, but I just take them one at a time with plenty of water.

Pro: I have been taking this product a little over a month now and have noticed a difference in clarity, memory and brain fog. Having two young children, work and a household to take care of- my memory was getting away from me and I was finding myself getting overwhelmed so I tried these. I would say about the two week mark I noticed a difference. Cons: It unfortunately does not help with energy as it claims. I can easily take a nap after taking these. The pills also are large so they're not an easy swallow. But please keep in mind.... Everyone is different and may react differently. But if you're looking solely for energy.... These may dissapoint some....

It was large but I have larger vitamins to swallow too. Taste wasn’t horrible but was different. It worked alright for a portion of the day but I always found I needed further push to finish out the evening. It didn’t mess with the quality of my sleep at all.

This brain supplement is awesome. I bought this as one of my supplements, as I don't want to suffer what my Mother who has passed away 8 years ago without even knowing who I was because of her Alzheimer's Disease. She has suffered too much from that and in order for me not to experience and what my Mother has been thru, I tried to be as healthy as I can. I exercise, watch what I eat, and so on. And as I was following all the YouTube shows/podcast about preventing AD, I have learned that supplements are important too. So as I looked at my Amazon , I have noticed this 17-in-1 Brain Supplement by Sehatiku has many great reviews from users. In short, I ordered and tried it for almost a month now, ànd will be ordering again. I feel good, active ànd I felt my brain fogs has improved everyday. This supplement improves my energy and mood I buy it regularly now

I have found this to be an effective cognitive supplement. I have difficulty swallowing pills without a smooth exterior. I am excited about the great clarity but I choke every time. Any suggestions. Maybe make this pill NOT so powdery when you put it in your mouth.
