Extremely comfortable! Wide waste band is more on the sport appearance, but works great under pants to protect the hip bones. Material is very nice and soft but yet durable. Product fit is great and very appealing. Bought several colors; the wife’s favorite is def the white one. Great for the gym, daily wear and on the beach. They are true to size. I’m 6’3” 220 muscular build purchased size L
