Great for what I needed it for. Made treats with this strawberry powder. Should of bought the larger size and it smells delicious. Real fruit used

Other reviews had issues with the container coming open and spilling during shipping. I didn't have that problem. It arrived perfectly sealed for me. My only issue with the strawberry powder is that it doesn't have as strong of a flavor as I was hoping. I could barely even taste the strawberry flavor in my cupcakes. Next time I will double the amount. That being said, it does have a very natural taste, not chemically at all. And it's a very fine powder much like flour.

I was expecting I'd taste Strawberry but instead all I taste is powder. I think the secret is that the actual ingredient isn't strawberry it's strawberry powder. The print is so tiny I can't see if there is a note what strawberry powder actually consists of. From now on I will only order a item that it just strawberries.

My daughter loves making her own "tea bomb" concoctions at home. This was a great way for her to do that without adding all the unhealthy ingredients you find in many flavor powders.
