This is a quality product, well made, & will not slide off knee easily. Workout product, may be too snug for throughout the day use. Personally, does not fit my leg shape well & will be returning. Highly recommend.

I wore this today while hiking and it works very well. It feels comfortable and yet provides stability on the knee to enjoy the workout and no pain. I’m thinking about buying a second knee support to have as backup.

So, let me begin by saying that the Adidas Climacool sleeve does what it says. It's a sleeve that breathes and has the retention needed to give you the compression required for bloodflow. Stability? I'm not so sure, but for sure if you are looking for compression without getting sweaty-knee, it does the job. That said, it looks as though Adidas went through their spare materials bin and started using stuff left over from their other products to make this thing. Random rubber strip across the bottom that doesn't seem to do anything. Underwear band for top and bottom edges. Instead of putting proper grip material along said bands to stop slipping, it looks as though they've used a gel to draw a squiggly bit that dries into a grippy substance. It looks like dried hot glue in there. Works, but still. Material patterns different on front and back, and perhaps most egregiously, it looks like they've put the longest product tag they could find, and they put it INSIDE, where the compression sleeve is going to be pressing into your flesh.It works fine, the tag does get annoying even after cutting along the suggested scissors line, but it's mostly fine. There's probably a much better product out there, but the price is right for this thing. If it's in your budget and you don't want to pay a full 50 for the other similar products, and want a brand you recognize instead of the waves of unknowns on amazon, it's hard to argue that it doesn't at least do what you'd expect a 25-30 dollar product to do. Just keep the cons in mind when shopping.

I got this because I have issues when training triceps: sometimes when going up in weight I have some pinch pain, so decided to go with these. Pinch pain is gone, these keep my elbow tight, I even increased weights and nothing, no pain. They are also really good for bicep concentration curls (also preacher), you won't feel any pinch pain at the elbow.Size: I have somewhat big arms, I got the knee support of the same style and brand in XL, so I went in XL with these as well, I usually use compression clothes size XL, these are just fine.I put them on the skin directly, they have some "z" pattern silicone that keeps them in place at the top, then I cover them with the compression shorts or the compression tshirt in this case to cover the rest of the arm.I don't wash them with any detergent, I let them rest in warm water to remove the sweat, then cold water, rinse and to the sun.

These are fantastic, however. Order a size up if you have larger than average biceps, I ordered my exact size based on the chart and they fit but they are a little tight for comfort even more so when I bend my arm. The bottom is ok, it's the top that rides along the base of the bicep that gets irritating. They don't seem to be loosening with use. Very well made. A quality product 100%.
