Excellent product! The key is to wipe your phone clean with alcohol and dry it and than apply the phone frame first take the sticker off the top frame avoid touching the biometrics at bottom of phone than put the back side of case on and your good to go! I really love using biometrics and very good product! Don't worry if you didn't clean it properly you can take it apart and start over with alcohol product you have at home! Reminder back of case also has removable sticker! Don't forget to remove it!

This case comes with everything you need to protect your expensive phone. You get choice of using full front screen (like the otterboxes) and back protector or just back with front edge frame and utilize your phone existing screen protector. I chose to do full back and front even though my phone had existing screen protector this case didn't diminish the brightness of the screen and cut-out for the finger sensor helps to ensure you don't loose sensitivity. The rear camera is protected as well so there is need for additional lens covers. All the buttons and ports (except the slider) are covered or protected. The OP13R isn't 100% water proof so this helps with keeping the big spills off it. If I would add one thing to this case is to embed magnetic mount ring (the phone itself OP13R doesn't have wireless charging) so I can use round magnetic mount in car without having to get external stick-on one.. Beside that its solid case that looks great and its very easy to put together.

this is better than the oneplus 'sandstone' case that came with the phone (freebie). It's much easier to operate the vol and power buttons. I removed the 'included' oneplus screen protector as it was very poor and used the one that came with the poetic front cover...it's better but I may look for a glass one. This is a nice combination of functionality, durability and asthetics vs. several other cases I've used with my previous oneplus phones which unlike the poetic ezch had some dislikes

I tried making this work on my OnePlus 13R several different times and it still doesn't fit. The camera cut isn't right and neither are cuts for the buttons.

This case fits the OnePlus 13R perfectly. I’m not sure why some reviews say it doesn’t—maybe those users didn’t insert the blue frame properly. I installed the case with the plastic screen protector insert, and it fits great.I actually prefer a slightly bulkier phone for a better grip, and this case delivers just that. It feels solid in the hand without being too heavy, and the textured sides make it easy to hold. Definitely a solid choice if you want added protection and a more secure feel.

Fits perfectly and arrived on time. The design is chic and worth the money. I feel like my phone is protected, and there is no issue with the finger print reader - even though my OnePlus 13r came with its own screen protector, it added extra protection. The quality doesn't feel cheap. The only thing that I would comment is wishing there was a protector for the camera, but that's just me being nitpicky and overprotective over my new phone.

This case is more around protection that other properties that other cases target. It's one of those cases that is made up of multiple parts that snap together front and back to completely cover the case. The front piece has two different pieces in the box (you have an option). One literally covers the entire glass of the phone with a screen while the other is just open (if you already have a screen protector on it). The colors shown seem fairly representative of what the product looked like to my eyes, so if you like green (the one I received), then go for it!Fits well, seems very sturdy, and I have no doubt that it will prevent exterior wear-and-tear and fall damage to your phone if you decide to go with this one yourself.
