So-so
The media could not be loaded. I'll be honest, I'm sorry to say as someone who attends regular classes to work on flexibility that this strap isn't the best stretching aid I've come acrossIt's simple design means you can secure one leg in one side and pull the other to create leverage. The tape then slides through the hole giving you the stretch. I love the main strap is adjustable but ilthe over the door part is lacking and the metal part, unless you own an attachabke door anchor (the fiam roll things) like I do, it will end up damaging the door where the tension on the metal pullsFor me I found most positions didn't offer enough height in the stretch, I'm 5ft 7 and still a long way from the splits. It's not bad, but it doesn't do anything. A resistance bad can't do, aside hook over the door. This just isn't for me, sorry

This is a great way to increase flexibility at home.
I wanted to improve my flexibility without having to spend a fortune on expensive machines. You use your own bodyweight / movement to create tension on the cords allowing you to control the tension and resistance. It takes about 5 minutes to set up and is really simple to use. I was a little bit worried it would damage my door but it does not seem to have left any marks. This is a great budget friendly way to increase your flexibility at home.

Simple to setup, but may not be suitable for everyone's doors
Nice looking and feels like good quality. The colour of the strap is nice but I think the strap could do with being a little thicker as it creases while holding it. The pads in the straps are comfortable but after long term use I am not sure how long they will last, but at the outset they are good and protect hands and ankles from the strap. No set up needed and can use straight from the box. The door anchor is quite small so if there is a gap at the top of the door the anchor may well come through. Also make sure your door latches otherwise pulling on the strap will lead to the door opening and you crashing down on the floor!

Artan Balance Stretching Strap: Great for stretching; very poor door anchor design
The Artan Balance Stretching Strap is a simple but effective tool for improving flexibility. Initially, I mistook it for a giant resistance band, but it's actually a long, sturdy strap. This difference is key. A resistance band, being elastic, would introduce instability during stretches. You'd be fighting the band's pull while trying to hold a position, making it harder to focus on the stretch itself. The solid strap, however, provides a stable anchor, allowing for deeper, more controlled stretches. It's really just like having a firm hand to hold onto, enabling you to gradually increase the stretch without the unpredictable give of an elastic band.Using the strap initially proved problematic. The D-ring anchor, designed to be secured by closing the door, immediately slipped and jammed during my first attempt. It felt utterly insecure and unreliable. In an attempt to remedy this, I devised a workaround using a wooden batten threaded through the D-ring, requiring my partner's assistance to position it correctly against the door, frame, and wall, then remain in the room while I did some stretches in the hall. This cumbersome process was further complicated by the batten falling out of the D-ring when tension was released - arrgggh! This design flaw significantly hampered the experience using the stretcher and makes independent use difficult. Surely whoever put this lot together used it in a domestic environment to test it, right?Despite this anchoring issue, the foam-padded loops were comfortable, and the 239cm length provided ample room for stretching various muscle groups. Even with the brief, interrupted stretches, I noticed an improvement in my range of motion, so I really wanted to like this stretcher. The strap itself appears well-made and durable. However, the flawed door anchor design renders the product impractical for regular use in a typical home environment by yourself, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for that reason. My Rating Scale⭐ Not recommended.⭐⭐ Consider other options before this one.⭐⭐⭐ A decent product, I'll keep it in mind.⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great product, high on my list.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An outstanding product, my top choice.

Unable to attach to door
This might be a really good piece of kit, however, my daughter and I have been unable to figure out how to attach it to the door. The instructions are not very clear and we haven't been able to use it.

Feel the burn
Need to get more supple as I can feel myself seizing up the older I get. I’ve promised myself I’ll get more supple and flexible and hopefully this will help. Will start with this and some morning yoga - or try to 🫣🤣

Let's Strap this up.
- Review for Artan Balance Stretching Strap with Door Anchor - 239cm Stunt Strap with Adjustable Loops & Foam Pads - Leg Stretch Strap for Flexibility, Stretching, and Balance - Ideal for Yoga, Dance, Ballet || Price: £19.99 (at time of ordering) -This is a good strap, nice and sturdy and the strap itself is very well made. Where it lets itself down however is that it doesn't come with any instructions for attaching to the door. Now I have another strap that came with a proper door attachment, and using this it's great. Without that though it doesn't feel very secure, and I think there's a good chance it could damage a few doors. The strap itself is great though, comfy handles and easy to use if you know what you're doing. Recommended, but maybe worth shopping around.
