The Malai Kulfi flavour is a bit overwhelming. I wish the unflavoured option comes back. Either way, this product has one of the highest ratio of 60% protein (24g / 40g scoop). Earlier it was 24g / 38g. If the 2g extra is due to Malai Kulfi, I really don't need that.

Being a fitness instructor for 15years and having in depth knowledge of the supplement industry works I am very careful of what I will put in my body as most of the claims made my supplement industry are questionable. I had ordered unflavored version and was bit sceptical about the product but what cought my eye was the price of the product itself, zero preservatives, fillers,added sugar or artificial sweeteners. Since it was unflavored I was sceptical if I will be able to take it down my throat. But I will say It doesn't taste bad I felt it tasted somewhat like Unflavored Rice milk. If you prefer flavour to make it more appealing to you I suggest you can add some banana strawberry or even some chocolate powder if you are looking to bulk up. However I have in past with similar products added zero sugar 75% cocoa to give a little bit metabolic boost while on calorie restricted diet with aim to lean down. Since the product contains no fillers or preservatives the protein shake is not creamy to have but once again if you want to make it creamy you can add some banana etc. to it in a blender. At the same time consumer should not concern themselves about any Amino Acids or BCAA mentioned on the packing as they are by-products of whey or to make it simple amino acids is what protein breakdown into upon digestion. I have personally observed no bloating for the product which I had experienced from some select whey supplements in the past even though am not lactose intolerant. Over all I will say a great product for the price tag.
